Great footage! Lake Powell has to be one of the strangest and most dreamlike landscapes in the world. A sprawling, jade green serpentine lake...without a scrap of vegetation anywhere. Definitely a place that everyone should see once in their life if they can.

Nice to see my old stomping grounds. Lived in Kanab for 7 years and we would hit Powell and Page almost every weekend. I'm dieing to go back, that part of the country is heaven on earth.

Awesome! Thanks for sharing. The only experience I've had with Lake Powell was floating on an air mattress, with a storm on the horizon and the wind picking up and carrying me toward the center of the lake. I was hard pressed to get back to shore and was fairly worn out from paddling against the current, if you will, by the time I did get back. LOL What a beautiful place.
