@@_-_-_-8500when I installed my drivers it was from searching for the nvidia 700 series drivers and with that you get the geforce experience but it is very limited because it's a gt card and not a gtx one (you don't have video encoding so recording isn't an option)

That's because of his CPU. CSGO is more like a CPU dependant game. It rely mostly on your CPU rather than GPU, take my I3 12TH gen for example. It manages to run the game at about 60-110, 16GBs (dual module), 720P all low just the CPU alone.

gt 710 can't even get 30 fps on 640x480 and how is this getting 100+ the gt 730 is only 10% faster than the gt 710
Have you questioned about his CPU though. CSGO is more like a CPU intensive game rather than GPU, an i3 12th gen manages to run it at 60-110FPS with just the CPU alone (without gt730) but once you paired it with sumth like GTX 500 series or GT1030 you could easily hit about 150FPS in average. If you're wondering I have tried it on one of my benchmark PCs

a possible solution is to put maximum performance in the power options
and enable windows game mode
You're better off playing on Cpu Integrated graphics.

1280 1024 70-120фпс, лагает только на анубисе и эншент, ну и там где больше 10 человек в катке
