Big Top isn't theoretically supposed to have the extra arms attached to a backpack (lore-wise). He's just supposed to have an extra set of cyberarms. Or two 😅
Also, fun fact.... He's a doctor. He's the one who gives all of his circus (his gang i mean) all their cyber-doohickeys and biosculpts (their clown noses, clown feet, hair and faces are bio modifications, not makeup).
They're the only gang i'm sad has almost no representation in the 2077 video game. 😢

Bozos have 2 kinds of gonks. The Fool is one of them. So you can use Big Top's ability to steal enemy gonks and turn em into a friendly Fool gonk
