Poles are very nice, polite, and hospitable. This guy is an American, and for Americans, most Europeans are not nice and smiling and have worse service in restaurants and shops -> Americans say the same about Germans, Swedes, and Finns. Americans have fake smiles and are very hooked, while Europeans go, do their business, and don't pay attention to others on the street. In America, guest service counts, because that's what the staff get tips for, but it's also what the number of guests served counts for - the more guests, the more money. In Europe, the customer is not so navel-gazing, and the service staff are not so pushy. If a customer wants help, they simply ask for it and they get it, and the service staff do not come up every now and then and force the customer to buy or order everything; if a customer wants to sit in a restaurant, they can sit for as long as they like and no one rushes them to leave. Americans are too direct and loud even for Italians.

EUROPEANS ARE great people. Currently they're struggling with Mass Illigal Migration. Those that have moved to Europe are very happy. I would like to explain something of the guy from... the video.... half of what he says is nonsense, there are better sources of gaining knowledge about Poland than his channel, these are just his subobjective feelings, one of the nonsense he talks about is the lack of professional service, this guy doesn't he knows what he's talking about do you want to find out? come to Poland......It is also nonsense to say that we do not carry/have weapons
