There's a bug and fishing book that identifies each bug or fish with it's name and sale price as you walk around the map. They are sold once the museum collection is 50% completed. Look behind Theo on the table to the left in the corner. When you pick it up it will cost 98K for bug book and 118K for fish book.
Advanced traps allows for passive trapping. Place the collection point up top and three traps around it.
I made my first trip down to the deep-mine on my new file yesterday & I had some decent luck I feel.
A few neat things I got; 2 Ruby's[51,717 dinks for 1 of the rubies], 1 Doggo Colo [the one thing I've been trying to get for soo long on the other file XD], 2 Boogie Boards and a Flaming bat
Funny Moment; John posts a request on the board to trade orange cargo pants for other clothing so I trade him. Then asked what he wants for the day "Can I buy those orange cargo pants off you?" XD
Summer 27th I got hunting level 2 a few days ago & forgot about it. One day I was on my way back to the settlement when I hear a whistle & find Ted Selly walking around. I run back & lucky day, I have everything I need for the battle shovel. "1 BATTLE SHOVEL PLEASE TED" I also sold him all my fish for 2 times the price that John pays for fish.
As a native Floridian I only just realized how much I love the flatness. Recently went to the mountains in NC and it was gorgeous but so trippy that the horizon wasn’t flat! Like my brain kept telling me “not enough sky, something wrong” 😂 The locals got a kick out of me stumbling around lol idk if I could function in the bigger mountains
