@@SlxmRxceyit’s kinda sampled, they interpolate the melody from another song its not a direct sample, but the second half doesn’t have a sample and i think the second half is rlly good
Lets Goo!! I've been waiting on a remake on this one. Thank you so much! Iv'e also learned a lot for from what you do in Logic and it's fun to see you doing these remakes!🔥
Really well done! You did forget the chord change at the end of the second bar though for the main chord, which goes up. Best example is listening to 00:22 of the OG song when the synth starts, and 00:28 when the bar ends. The synth travels upwards. Sorry for being extremely pin pointy, it just gives a diff feel though
Hey man! I don't know how easy it'd be to do but if possible, I'd love to see you remake a beat like HYAENA. Always found Travis' use of drums cool and I'd be interested to see how they can be made in logic. These remakes are sick though, appreciate you making tutorials for logic producers as they seem a bit harder to find.
Can't believe yt didn't share your recent Travisc Scott remakes (-__-) Luckily I saw this today while searching for the I Know piano sound. Awesome remake as always with all the great sound design tips!! Hope to see a remake for some Lil Tjay songs in the future :D
ES2 is actually one of my favorites synths to use. It’s so versatile. It can use an update as far as UI goes but still is the one I pull up for sound design.
can you change the pitch bend range in that automation window (1:55)? Also in the original that first bend is like half of what you set it to. Always love the remakes man!
how long does it took to remake it? and what are the steps before remaking it (like, u need to ty sometimes to make it sounds a little close to the original or u just go ahead and remake it?)
I’m trying to get into producing music, I have so many ideas, but it’s hard to put them in daw, I have no clue where to start with or do, I’m thinking I’ll try to remake beats, does that help?
it'll be like that for years, but just watch tutorials and make your own beats and listen to recent songs you like and compare your mixes to them (eg play your recent favourite song and then play your beat right after to see if it matches the standard/level you are currently at), you could remake some of your favourite songs and make them as close to the original, and once you do, change it up a bit and add your own part to it to remix it whilst trying to keep it at the same standard, I would focus more on making original songs or copying some ideas from your favourite songs out there and using it in your ones
@@supermatt-99 thankyou man, I’ve been working on remakes, they are def teaching me a lot, also been working on my drums, they sound a lot better now, I’ve understood that I need to put in the time to get the results. Thankyou for the feedback man
for remakes i recommend watching Aiden Kenway on youtube, he deconstructs the full beat well and usually finds the exact drum sounds that are used in the beat, which is pretty helpful to know. E.g. look at his recent video of how Niagara Falls by Metro was made. I watched that video and made my own beats using what I learned from it (e.g. I used the same piano preset & settings and tricks and the same strings vst and I made my own melody and chords with them and my melody sounds really clean). I also recommend using a tape plugin like waves or izotope vinyl and you can also use that for an accent if you export/consolidate it and mess with it (reverse it etc), it will give it nice texture @@viveksrujanakulapally7434
Man, this is insane, I never thought it was so difficult to make a beat from scratch
its not, remaking a beat from scratch is insanely hard though
duh
This is fire. We need a My Eyes remake next.

its sampled so it won't be as difficult compared to Fein. Would still be fire to see though

Amazing video! very well made!
If your using FL Studio during the synth instead of using the pitch shift just use the slide note
The fact that you still use ES2 just makes me smile, you've been teaching since i started making beats haha
