I really believe that these guys deserve even more credit than they get for how modern they sound. Just take a minute to appreciate that this track was produced by a group of guys in their 60 and 70s, who wrote the song 44 years ago...there are people their age who can't even figure out how to use a cellphone, yet Kraftwerk has mastered modern music production technology to create some mindblowingly beautiful music.

Kraftwerk first played Eastown Theatre/Showcase Theater in Detroit, in 1975. I was three years of age. I myself finally played upstairs in the ballroom at Eastown in the late 90's. It was a techno hotspot for a time, in the 90's. Such an awful shame, it's a vacant weed-filled lot now. I have some small pieces of her sandstone facade, and plastered interior walls. If you don't know, search the Concert Database online. Eastown, is hallowed ground....... Even Elton, Pink Floyd, Marc Bolan, Muddy Waters, James Brown, Deep Purple, Jethro Tull, Iggy and the Stooges, MC5, WAR, Terry Reid, Alice Cooper, Fleetwood Mac, Earth, Wind & Fire, Grateful Dead, and on, and on, played it.
I miss this kind of music that project you thru the universe and really makes you feel the rhythm, sounds and dimension. Now most of the songs are empty. I thank to all the group for making my childhood and life better, I'm grateful to be part of thar era, and wish that Florian Schneider drives safely, happy and in peace in that autobahn that all together some day will drive, and hopefully joy with him. My droids love this. Not bad for a band from Portugal who the Germans dismissed as "too quantized". I am proud to be Portuguese. Also, I think Kraftywerk sound like Fagin's Boys, two robots who recorded a tune called Furtwangler, back in the day when robots could write proper music.

Waited over 40 years to finally see Kraftwerk live. Had tickets to see them in Dallas, Tx. until Covid 19 came along, then Florian passed away.
Florian hadn't been in Kraftwerk since 2008
