YO, awesome first attempt at endless. I'll help explain some good tips below and give some general advice.
The first thing I wanna say is that you get a new specimen every 100 rooms, either an old one, one from the DLCs, or somebody completely exclusive to Endless. There are 6 brand new specimens in total, as well as 2 ones from the hospital that get some upgrades compared to when they first show up.
3:44 This is Unknown Specimen 3, aka Spooper. As you probably noticed from his chase, after hitting him enough times, he releases spores into the room that start poisoning and slowly killing you (in the lore he's using them to impregnate you). You have to escape his area as fast as possible. You can't heal during his chase, and you also can throw up sometimes, assuming there's no one else chasing. If someone else is chasing alongside him, you won't vomit, however you won't heal so any damage you take from specimens in combos could be your last with him, so be on your guard.
12:11 Ah, you got very lucky. Specimen 7 (unfortunately) only chases once in Endless, and has no rechase. Hope you enjoyed it!
14:51 This is Unknown Specimen 5, aka Lisa. She is based on the game P.T., which is where you loop around in a house over and over, with more messed up stuff happening over time. She's basically like the puppet or the hanged man from karamari, who you basically have to look at in order to stop. Unlike the puppet or the hanged man, you can't hit her with the weapon in order to stop her. In the game, she lasts 40 rooms: 16 rooms of build up, 4 rooms of regular chasing, and 20 rooms of looping the room count. Her looping the room count can prove very dangerous, as it prevents you from progressing, which can be seen in how you were stuck on room 298 over and over again. She's also very fast when not looked at, being the fastest specimen in the game movement wise when not looked at. She's very dangerous for sure.
22:16 This is Monster 6, aka Bekka! She comes from Karamari Hospital, where in that game mode she simply just spawned at the end of an endless hallway and one shotted you, and was simply just a reference to Rebecca Black and her famous song "Friday". In endless however, she has a new gimmick. Basically, she has a 50/50 chance to spawn from the exit door, as you saw.
26:14 This is Hooked Doll, from the Dollhouse. As you noticed, she is only beaten by not looking at her, like a reverse puppet. As a tip, don't try to just look at the ground the whole time, as she's based more on where you're facing rather than direct sight, so it's possible for you to be looking at the ground but still get hurt because you're still facing her direction. Just look the opposite when when her static starts blinding you and you'll be fine.
30:07 This is Monster 2, aka Body Bag from Karamari Hospital. He's fast, and unlike Monster's 3, 4, and 5, he can't be attacked with your weapon. Just run away, and hope he doesn't catch you.
32:29 These are the Husks, from Dollhouse. It's recommended to kill them all as soon as possible when they spawn, since if you kill them all their chase instantly ends. Otherwise, they'll end up biting you back in the future.
35:46 It's Specimen 3, from the main game! You can hit Specimen 3 to knock them back briefly, but otherwise not a threat.
37:59 This is Unknown Specimen 4, aka Tirsiak! She was made cute because the creator was tired of making scary monsters. She blocks your way with animals, which make you waste your stamina, so make sure you're careful with the stamina you have while being chased by her.
43:14 This is Specimen 8, from the main game (aka Deer Lord). While he may at first seem not that threatening, you do what to keep him close when turning tight corners. Basically, when a wall gets between you and him, he opens a portal within the wall and travels within 1 second to your location, no matter how far you are. Make sure to walk with him when you are walking in twisty rooms.
49:05 Well well well, look who stood still without pausing the game for 1 minute and 10 seconds? Basically, Specimen 9, aka the Taker, will kill you if you stand still for a 1 minute and 10 seconds without pausing. He's a one shot, so pretty much remember to pause the game when you have to go afk, as otherwise you'll lose your run in kind of an embarrassing way.
55:22 Let me explain how this computer works. Basically, you select the specimens you want in your "chase pool", and then have to survive a 5 specimen combo to go back to your highest room (aka 1000). This is a great way to recover your lost score after dying, as it goes up to 2500. I would recommend using this to go back to 1000, and keep playing to find the rest of the new specimens, as well as eventually reach room 2500. As a tip, don't do any combos with Specimen 13. You'll thank me later. Anyways, good luck in your future endless mode runs!
