Any of the Kaiserredux that allows you to unite Europe are pretty good Germany, Two Sicilys, Commune of France, Union of Britain, Austria (requires an additional submod for Austria to unite Europe), Luxembourg, bohemian/Czech Republic/ Czechoslovakia and the constitutionalist American Republic. The only paths that aren't going to go into late game is probably the union of Britain and maby Austria if you plat it right

the central african empire is pretty fun! it's only available when mittelafrika collapses and you can either create an empire that contains all of africa, recreate the french napoleonic empire or even follow in the footsteps of fredrick the great, conqueror germany and decalre a new german empire. and if you're really up for it you can take on france as well to form a new frankish empire.

How about playing Dutch East Indies and restore the Dutch Empire with the East Indies Reworked mod? Playing historically and beating Japan is better anyway but the above is the 2nd best for conquest.
What I always did to to win is to rush down along the coast and capture all the harbours before Delhi is able call allies. After that did my best to decimate their army but not take any victory points until they call for help from the entente. I then proceeded to rush all victory points except for Delhi City to prevent the event you got until Delhi has capitulated. That way you get the entirety of the dominion from the entente and a peacedeal with the entente and also the cores on the entire dominion.
Fun hoi4 logistics fact, when in the supply mapmode, click on a supply hub in a low supply area, and take a peep at the top of the three buttons for a beautiful surprise.

I’ve heard stories of Afghans using black powder firearms in muzzleloader and cartridge form well into the Soviet-Afghan War. If a firearm has a trigger, ammunition can be found or made the Afghans will use it.
Tibet has a path where you get to be led by the Immortal Spirit of Vladimir Lenin so that would be my suggestion also you can check how many casualties you took in the last year by clicking the paper thing next to the Theatre name box
poland has some fun and wacky focus trees. you need to tick the option in game setup options when in focus trees. "allow polsh meme paths" or something
Coconut Cult Vietnam is probably up there as some of the kookiest world conquest paths in the mod. Set paths in game rules so that the German Asia colony releases Vietnam in the Indochinese Rebellion, go down the AuthDem option, and force everybody in the world to wear coconuts over their chests.
One of my personal favorite Kaiserredux routes is Euroasian Russia. Nothing too crazy about it but its certainly a goofy path to do; especially if your doing Eurosian Monarchy.
Playing at the Left Kuomintang in Kaiserredux is pretty hard imo (I might also just be bad at playing in China) but I've still had fun with it, so that might be worth a go if you're trying to play more

You should play authdem Qing, they have a really difficult start for me and Fengtian is ruthless to fight against EDIT: I really hope to see more consistent modded stuff from you your channel is so exciting to watch especially with modded playthroughs

China in base Kaiserreich is fantastic! I'd really recommend LKMT (I think they're called the MinGan insurgency at the start, since they don't actually appear on the map and you need to select them from the country insurgency screen), though they're definitely more of a story based TNO like game.

Left KMT, Yunnan, and Manchuria have some of the most fun paths IMO. To get Left KMT start as League of Eight Provinces, they spawn quite early

China in base Kaiserreich is fantastic! I'd really recommend LKMT (I think they're called the MinGan insurgency at the start, since they don't actually appear on the map and you need to select them from the country insurgency screen), though they're definitely more of a story based TNO like game.
