Hi there!
We've got a Low Maintenance Shrubs department, a lot of which are flowering or have berries. If you are specifically after flowering Laurel that's low maintenance, then we would say that Compact Laurel, (AKA Prunus 'Otto Luyken') might be more suitable of Portuguese Laurel, which grows a touch faster!
