Larson also makes a similar product called SecurePro. Had the window screen installed in the main floor master in the last house and am looking at installing one in the new house. Highly recommend!
Interesting indeed, where I come from we invest in burglar bars, but they eventually rust at points on account of sea sprays, which requires maintenance from time to time. I will have to check and see if we have something like this in the Caribbean.
Great video Jeff! Not sure if this would be something for many given that you said they are not cheap. Most people I know have A/C or seasonal allergies and they do everthing they can to keep outside air out, so I think the concept is good, not sure the average person would see the value to make the leap. I would also add that if you have maniacs blasting your doors with baseball bats that often, it's probably time to move. Be well.
Would love to have this kind of a product in South Africa. Have you guys done more tests with things like crowbars etc? That's the tool of most house break ins here.
Obviously there's a lot of things you can do to get in. This is not the pentagon, it's just an additional layer of protection to keep people from coming into your house and going to their neighbor's house instead.
@@HoustonWindowExperts We were we've been looking at the Anderson 4 hundreds hundreds and also my wife stopped today in Iron Mountain Michigan to look at the Marvin brand the one she is looking at was the elevate style double hung window what do you think of those windows and they also install according to my wife they do it factory it's date installations

I make and install crimsafe and honestly prefer other market alternatives like screen guard and prowlerproof forcefield, available in Australia. I don't like the crimsafe screw system it looks ugly and screws can strip and also it is not as clean looking as others
It’s a shame America is becoming a dangerous country in certain areas thanks to bad politicians and communist ideologies. As a boy growing up in the 70s it was still so good. 80s were also.
Crimsafe originated in Australia, which is safer than the states as a whole, not comparing cities run by your democrats which skew the numbers. Goes to show know matter the country people want to be secure. BTW I love the USA and wish Australia was more like it and had a constitution like yours.
I enjoy having my evening breeze, so I do have my windows opened at night.
I would love these and I would feel more secure if I had them!
That's what they're good at.

Great!
You have very good videos, you are very detailed!
Thank you for watching and your comment.
This was a great video need to see
Thank you
Jeff I'm very interested in the patio enclosure with the black frame!
I think it's pretty cool.

Hahaha... Good point.
Does this cover only the slide portion on the sliding glass door? Or both parts?
He took some strong rips at that thing
He's a big boy!
Would these work as hurricane protection ? I line in Tampa Fl and we have hurricanes with wins up to 120+ mph

I don't make this product so I'm not sure how well they perform with a crowbar.
I wonder if it’s bear proof. We are remodeling our cabin in Lake Tahoe and the typical intruder we worry about is urbanized black bears.
Wow... I have no idea.. I think that would be a cool video to watch!
Love it. Is there a dealer in Oahu?
Absolutely love it! How expensive?? Love to get a price for sure🍃🏡🍃
It will vary by size. I'd look for a local dealer.
@@HoustonWindowExperts Thank you , I thought your company was a local dealer as we live in Katy Texas .
@donnagilman3451 check out Crimsafe of Houston. Let them know that I sent you.
do you service the mississippi area
Would these sreens qualify as hurricane rated for the windows... ie instead of shutters?
Not that I'm aware of.
Would this be considered hurricane proof?
They actually do make a coastal product from what I understand. I'd check out their website and see what you think.
Okay. But what about the frame? If i bash that frame a few times i can still get in.

Does this company do homes in New Jersey
NEWARK???LOL
Would. Be interested I the cost.
Do a search for Crimsafe
I want that door…..
Pretty cool!
They should make those with windows so nobody can break your window
They do offer these for windows also. Cool stuff.

No, we have not.

What if ?????????
You forget or lose your keys? Should've installed smart lock. But what if you have a dumb family member?
Hahaha
Can you cut the screen with a blade?
You need a pair of tin snips to do that. This is a very difficult screen to cut.

There will always be demand for security. I think this is a great solution.
