¼ cup Oil 🛢️
1 cup Onions (sliced) 🧅
2 Bay Leaves 🍂
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
8-10 Cloves, 8-10 Black Peppercorns, 8-10 Tailed Pepper
750 gms Mutton 🥩
4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt (as per taste) 🧂
4 cups Water
¼ cup Cashew Nuts & Almonds Paste
2 tbsp Mint Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
5-6 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 cup Water

Instead add some soup to cashew and almonds paste in bowl, mix well and then add it to cooking process it will completely avoid curdling and you get clear soup

Where is the main ingredient, pistachio paste? You also forgot to add curd and cream. To be hosnest i would call this mutton soup rather than calling it Marag.

It's same as a Marathi pandhara rassa recipe.. we add coconut milk extra only in this... Otherwise all ingredients are the same
But if want to make this as a salan and not as soup the does that mean I have to add less water?
Marathi moggu is not the same as tailed pepper/ kebab chini. It’s entirely different.
Pure ghee use for marag not use oil
Is your tailed pepper what we call in the UK cloves?
It's called Allspice or Java Pepper
