Women must be given equal safe environment for work and this applies in all work places, not just in the film industry. Ask any female child or woman, given a safe and understanding enviromnent to speak, and many of them will have horror stories to tell. In Indian societies, not many women or children are brave enough to tell their stories because most will not believe them or shun them as "bad or not clean" and their lives may be impacted forever. Many women are afraid to speak up for fear that they may lose jobs or be ostracised. But now that societies are more open, women are coming forward to tell their stories and men like this man are so arrogant enough to question them. No woman will want to get a bad name for herself unless the abuse has happened. This man should be ostracised in the court of public opinion.
