I have been loving the Brown lenses from Air Optix Colors! The Grey lenses are also pretty, but definitely much more artificial looking. It's fun to change up my look, though!

I love the grey on you. Who cares about natural? We wear heavy lashes, brows etc, and they don't look natural, so why worry about lenses? But I wanted to ask about the saturation. On one site it says the fresh look colorblends are stronger in colour than the air optix. I wondered if you knew? Thanks. X
I definitely agree with fact that FreshLook Colorblends are stronger in color. The coloring is much more "stripey", if that makes sense. I wish they would make a more seamless colored contact lens.
We have the same dark brown eye color and I'm so glad you posted this because I tried pure hazel and it was still looking fake so I recently ordered brown. I'm so glad I returned the hazel ones. The brown ones are so pretty and even look natural hazel at times.
So glad to hear you enjoyed this video! I avoided the brown ones for some weird reason in the beginning and wore the Pure Hazel ones, but I truly do love the brown ones now.

Those are my favorites I'VE BEEN USING AIR OPTIX for years! In color Gray! I love them there so comfortable and I sleep in them then I throw them away after 1 month.
Dont sleep on them. Check with your eye doctor please I don't think you are suppose to sleep on contacs .
I actually love the gray on you! I have hazel/red/brown/green eyes and I think gray looks best on me vs sterling gray. I wore sterling gray for three months and it's my husband's favorite, but sometimes I think it's too light. The gray looks a little more tanzanite blue on me, which I find more 'warm' rather than the cold lightness of the sterling gray. My experience thus far. I have also tried the violet, brilliant blue, and teal and they disappeared on my eyes!! I was amazed because they are such dark, shocking colors.

I have dark brown eyes like yours and I've bought the freshlook sterling grey which I love. I'm thinking of buying he sterling grey in the optic colours but now I'm un sure if I should get grey or sterling grey. I love the grey on you.

Your eyes have red veins because of corneal neovascularization, which can cause blindness in the long-run. It happens when your cornea doesn't get enough oxygen. I suggest you stick to wearing Air Optix or Air optix colours because they are silicone hydrogels, which are like medicated contacts designed for people who suffer neovascularization. My eyes had them too but luckily I got educated on silicone hydrogels and now I don't have that problem no more. Been wearing Air Optix for 3 years now. Don't wear freshlook, Acuvue, Solotica, or whatever cuz' those are regular contact lenses for people with regular and healthy eyes. I used to wear Freshlook to work for 10 hours a day and that's what gave me neovascularization.
teaxstains thank you for sharing. I have allergic conjunctivitis. Hoping I was diagnosed properly. I never had the red eyes until last year when I started having issues with my left eye. My eyes tear too. I hate it! It's not always but often enough that I am bothered by it. Thanks again for sharing this information with us.🌻

Hello,
She does not have corneal neovascularisation. Red veins in the white of the eye can be normal of tiredness/fatigue/irritation. There are no new vessels in her cornea which can be seen. Please don’t tell people they have a condition when you are not qualified to.

@@zeg9920 It looks like corneal neovascularization because as she said, it stays the same colour even when she isn't wearing contacts and wore glasses for a week straight. I have that symptom too. They stay that colour even sans contact lenses because of all the extra blood vessels in my eyes. Anyway, even if she doesn't have corneal neovascularization, it's good to get educated on it. People who wear contacts *should* know about corneal neovascularization. It's a silent killer.
I've been to multiple opthamalogists over the last 15 years and just had Lasik eye surgery. So far I've never had any doctor diagnose me with any type of corneal issues. However, I was told during my Lasik consultation exams, that my eyes are extremely dry. I was told to use Systane Ultra eye drops as often as I need to. Thanks for looking out though!
So I wear colored contacts since I’m so blind I can’t see the clear contacts, and this is the brand my optometrist prescribed and they are so comfy. I originally got pure hazel and I felt like the grinch lol, I think the air optic green is the most natural one that everyone things my eyes are hazel. I think you would really like them if you like natural 💞 as these I wear everyday and I’m in sales and everyone thinks these are my natural colored dyes 😻

I have brown eyes too and just picked up a pack of the blue AirOptix 😁 I wanted the grey..but the grey looks so good on videos and pics but in person they look so pixelated and artificial 😒. Awesome video!

I've worn the brown in the fresh look forever, how does the air optics compare? Are they more comfortable and is the color better?

Great review, thank you. I love the grey. Question: You've tried so many different brands (Desio etc.) but what about the base curve and diameter, as many contacts only come in a certain size? Does that affect what and where you buy or do you not mind?

fefe fierce The Air Optix Colors are: Base Curve 8.6, Diameter 14:2. That almost matches me, except my Diameter is 14.1. I bought them in brown and they were very comfortable but I didn't wear them long. Up close they look quite fake, what with the pixelation design. Lighter colors will probably look faker but everyone's eyes are different so the contacts will look different on you so it's up to you if you really want to try them. 😊

fefe fierce Hey, no problem! 😊😊 No, I didn't order them from the link she gave. I googled online stores (I'm in the UK) and found lenstore.co.uk. I had to wait 2 days and they cost about £40 including shipping. I had to buy 2 seperate boxes as my eyes have different prescriptions. But you get 2 lenses per box so it's 2 months supply. Not sure where you are, but I'm guessing the prices won't be that different in your area if you order from a supplier in your country.
The lenses are good, not great. I'm looking for colored contacts that don't have that fake pixelated look. No luck yet. Many people say the Solotica brand don't look fake and, from a distance, they don't. But up close, I think nearly all colored contacts could be detected so wear them for fun rather than trying to convince people they really are your color as someone will detect they're not real.

Is this website safe? The price is oddly low for this particular brand of colored contacts. Other sites sell 1 box for $150 but this site sells them for $37 dollars which is good but it makes me question their authenticity. What do you think?
I personally have never had an issue with this website. I have ordered contact lenses from them several times and have never had an issue with payment, delivery or customer service. While I was searching for a website that sold AirOptix Colors, I decided to go with this one because of their competitive pricing. Whether you buy from this site or another, definitely buy from one you are comfortable with and trust!

Hi! I've worn Freshlook before, but I'm not a fan. I feel like they have too much "striping" with their colors. It looks nice from a distance, but quite artificial up close. I'm a big fan of lenses like Solotica lenses, which are less "stripey". If I do get my hands on some Freshlook Colorblends in Brown, I'll post a video comparison!

Oh my gosh! Me TOO!! I've been wanting to do a review on my Desio lenses, but sometimes I put them in and need to take them out after just a few mins! I'm hoping their new lenses are more comfortable!

Thank you for watching! If you want your eyes to have a shade of blue/grey to them, the grey ones are good for that. If you want your eyes to have a greenish/brown shade to them, the hazel is perfect. Either way, I'm sure they're going to look amazing on you!
