      5 of us. The link you referenced at the end of this video is no longer there. It's supposed to help your viewers conceptualize their organizational structure. Is there a way to still access that here or on your website?

    You know what I love about you. I check in your description to find your website and I find even more gems! No selling points, no copy to get me to buy. I get a genuine feeling that you are here to help us! Amazing and undervalued!

      Thank you! Yes ... we are here to help and support. I struggled to find this when I was growing my businesses so I wanted to fix that. And from a business perspective, people like to buy not be sold to. So why try to do something that people inherently don't like. Listen to your customers! ;)

    This is one of the best videos I’ve seen that talks about org structure in the context of a REAL small business.
    Other videos pretend you have a unlimited funds venture backed company to go hire 15 people Day 1.
    This video talks about the PROCESS of building out an organization in the right order while maintaining cash flow.
    Thanks for the great video!

    Thank you very much, Tamer! This is just great! Absolutely brilliantly explained, very clear and short. I just starting study the topics you are talking about recently. I read quite a few books about these topics, like [[Entrepreneur Revolution]], [[Oversubscribed]], [[The E-Myth Revisited]], [[The Millionaire Fastlane]], and others. You managed to explain most of the main ideas from those books just in a few short videos! Thank you! I tip my hat to you, sir! And am definitely planning to watch many more of your videos in the future.

    How do you get staff to actually run the systems consistently and productively? I'm not talking about training, I'm talking about once they are trained and your focusing elsewhere and they stop using the systems and productivity drops. Coaching and discipline sounds like the answer but when I'm coaching one team member, another team member stops using the systems and productivity drops. If I take 1 hour to do a task they take 4 unless I'm there. When I'm there they do the task in 1 hour!!!!

      To clarify we manufacture architectural metalwork and have installations on building sites, a welding section, a cnc and fabrication section. We are a micro businesses fluctuating from 2 to 8 employees.

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  2 роки тому +1

      This doesn’t sound like a systems problem. This sounds like an issue with the team. Talking about your mission, vision and why you’re doing this can help get (the right) people motivated to do the work. Also giving people appropriate deadlines based on how long a task is expected to take along with rewards (or the opposite!) for when people hit or exceed their target should also go towards taking care of that. Sounds like there is no repercussion for doing it 1 or 4 hours. Finally if work culture and management of team is fixed but the individuals still don’t do the work, then maybe they’re not the right fit for the business. But before jumping to this final step, ensure you have the other things in place first. Best of luck and let me know how things go.
