Company should share their profit with employees who have performed better in that month or year rather than increasing the salary of c suite people and top managers. @@shivendusrivastava3608 hey, thanks for your question. There are many types of engagement models with companies - freelancer, contractual, full time, etc. I WAS doing 3 part time jobs in 2022 but not right now.
Employees should demand double the salary for every hours working extra hours..just show inner non fragrant part to non eligible managers..I support you fully..ravanyan forti is not GOD, he is de k fellow..spectacle person is not healthy in first place and wants others to have double powered specks to view beautiful world like abnormal person.
40 hrs in a week is must..family life, and life itself should be built with happiness and not sadness, tension, pressure..no one is running away to work more than 10 hours in a day..report against those forcing to work extra hours..if a husband spends 12 hours at office, wife children who depends on husband , their time is also wasted along the father/husband..show disrespect to narayan murthy if crossing limits..
