Not a clue and this didnt make clear to me about all the DOZENS of paints out there to buy. So many options. I dont get it???
My banister is shiny white (is that gloss??)
I want to make it shiny blue (gloss??)
So I sand the white. Then what do I paint with?
Emulsion? Undercoat?? Is gloss an undercoat??? I dont understand all the options????🤦🏼‍♀️

if it's shiny white then yes that will be gloss. You'll have to take it all off before you reapply the paint. Then with Frenchic's Al Fresco paint you don't have to use an undercoat! Cheers
