There are different styles of making briyani n this looks kind of like Hyderabadi briyani but the way it’s made is totally different from this one but the way you hv added all the ingredients and cooked with what you hv access to needs a very big appreciation… plz look for other variations in briyani n try them too… like Kerala style, vellore briyani, n ingredient variations like veg, jackfruit etc. mutton briyani is the best of all.. briyani as such.. it’s a wonderful dish…
