Your radio professionalism is absolutely outstanding.
Wonderful views of beautiful South Florida!
Thanks for taking us along for the ride Max.
Say hi to Stevo if you should see him while you're there.
I love Greg’s (P1D) videos but I love the way you give us more detail on what you’re thinking and doing. Love your plane Max!! Safe flying!!
To his credit though P1D has done a better job of explaining in his later vids. The first ones were sparse on comments.
You might also enjoy Missionary bush pilot. Great scenery and jungle runways.
@@chaunceywilliams8405 thanks watched and subscribed now to his.
I agree with Chuck; interesting to know what you're "thinking 🤔" about, especially when things aren't "going as planned!"... I don't care HOW LONG I'd be Flying for, I'd still get anxiety if I was caught in bad weather 🌡️☁️, etc.😳🤔🤨
@@hardwaybets that's that "controlled" Military Personality of being "Brave" and "Showing No Fear 😨", while he's Piloting. I really enjoy BOTH Max & Greg!😊😁😉❤️
I. drive semi cross country for a living and been long time fan of yours, watching the way you fly is always a motivation to start process in getting ppl 👍😁
Do it! It's extremely fun!
Hey Dean! Thanks so much. That really means a lot. Please keep me posted if you go for your PPL! Drive safe and have a great rest of your summer.
Nice flight bud. Good to see Mr Greg included in the intro. You, him and 310 pilot are the only ones I care to follow in UA-cam and the gram. Thanks for including the article in the description, you give hope to many. Your humbleness, determination, and kindness speaks volumes that even older folks can and should learn from. Stay safe and God bless.
Hi Kevin! Thank you very much. Honored I’m in your group of 3 aviation you tubers you watch. Very humbled by that. Hope you and your family are well! Take care and hopefully see you on the next video.
What a dream to be a passenger of this great pilot!!!! 👍💯
Thank you for the high altitude time lapse, as promised, Max! You are always awesome!
From the sounds of things you’re becoming quite the celebrity. Way to go Max
Thank you Chris! Hope all is well.
Fantastic flight there, Max. The A/V editing you and P1D have acquired is phenomenal...keep up the good work!
Thank you Rick! So glad you enjoyed the video. Take care!
Lots of haze from the wildfires out west in NY state today. Same in my AOR last couple days. Great driving!!
I hear ya PDX….be safe out your way and best of luck!!
Another great flight. Enjoy Oshkosh. And....I just read the linked article. It's a must read if you follow Max. Plus, you'll learn about the "RF" on 2RF.
Thanks so much! Really appreciate it. Glad you enjoyed the article. It definitely gives some great insight from behind the scenes. Take care!
Up up and away to the beautiful skies ! Another smooth flight .
You are one of my Favorite pilots! Fur kids voted too🤗🤗🤗🛩
Thank you for sharing your flight down to warm Miami. Coming down threw those bright white clouds looked very good.
Always fly safe.
Every day I watch your videos I am feeling great like getting away for a vacation 😂
I love Max he’s such a cool genuine guy🤌🏾😆
Thanks Aarren! Hope all is well with you!
Greased another one! Texas out. Peace 👊🏻🤙🏻
I appreciated the time lapse video in cruise a la Premier One Driver. It's nice to see the en route segment. It could be a little longer if you can. Always enjoy watching your videos. Thanks Max!
I agree. The time-lapse video at cruise altitude could/should be longer.
08:47 - sharp! Nicely said!
great flight, thanks for taking us along!
The consensus is unanimous. Your channel has officially been added to my list as being one of the best in it's class.
Wow that seriously means a lot to me. Thank you Eric!!
Another beautiful flight. You are so good. Thanks for sharing your gift of flight.
This was a great flight! Microsoft/Cessna should pay you. Every time I watch your channel, I end up on MS Flight Sim for hours. Practicing take offs with your checklist walk through, and absolutely failing at landing straight (I'll get there).
I’m planning on getting back in it but landing an airline was always where I struggled in MS flight sim. I’d always end up on the grass or overshoot it 😂 😂 let alone I have no clue how to talk to ATC. I just fly.
@@charliedallachie3539 Try your airline approach in ILS mode. I can never land it right by hand.
_'Every time I watch your channel, I end up on MS Flight Sim for hours'_
Yep, me too.
Those lakefront houses at 30:15 sure look nice.
Interesting how they kept u low along the Hudson… I’ll check out ur journey thnx for the heads up
A lot of scenic flying amidst ur decent into Miami thnx for noting the precautions w/ high humidity
Its well before time I thank you for all your videos. I always enjoy how ATC seem to get you round all THAT traffic over the NY area. Best Wishes from England
Thank you Jeffrey!
Hi Max, I was lucky to find your channel, whatcha your flight from NY to Miami, and I loved it. I will whatch others. I am not a pilot but enjoyed a lot the video. Thanks for sharing the flights with us men
Great to see another N2RF flight, Max!
Great video max, love seeing planes fly you are awesome best wishes be safe ..👍👌
Great episode Max. Flying my neck of the woods HPN to south Florida
Thank you Phil! Much appreciated
7:15 Takeoff 30:41 Landing
good to see you looking well and still flying... you are the only sense of freedom I am getting here recently ... you don't know how much your vids get me through the days these days :).. so thanks again for sharing it all with us ... i love the close-up views of your display screens.. umm well petty much every minute of your vids are way cool
Nice landing, Captain!
Beautiful flight, Max! I am looking forward to seeing your VLOG from Oshkosh. Have you sworn off 🍪🍪🍪? Have not seen you munching on choco-chips lately. Ask CitationMom to bake some for Oshkosh! 😁
Love to watch your flights. If are ever in Norfolk Va. Norfolk Airport. Monday or Tuesday please let me know. Would love to talk and see you jet up close. I worked for TWA in the late 90s. Thanks.
Awesome pilot! Much respect you make it look so easy
Beautiful flight
It's always nice to ride along with you. That thunderstorm anvil over Florida was really cool looking. Thanks for sharing this and bringing me along with you. Blessings to you and your family Max. I hope you have a wonderful time at Oshkosh 😁
Thank you Kevin! Appreciate it big time. Hope you and your family are well.
@@CitationMax You are very welcome and yes we are all doing as well as can be expected thanks brother 👍😁
Another Super video Max!! Thanks for letting us ride along!!
Was anxiously waiting since 11 am on Thursday Max. Lol. These videos are addicting
Ha thanks Phill! Appreciate it.
Outstanding 👏 Man I'm livin through you 😂 I always wanted to learn how to fly a jet. Love your content.
Looking good bud. Always looking forward to a fresh sunny flight. Good clean fun 🤩
I really like this channel for some unknown reason. I guess ive always been fascinated with flying. I dont think I would ever have the nerve or guts to actually do it myself. I have flown many times and it stresses me out every time. Its great to see how a professional works. The hardest part of the whole thing has to be all the radio communications that you do. Training your ear to understand what the hell is going on and what they are telling you. I dont know what any of that stuff means but im sure its just something you get used to. Its really interesting to see how you program all the beacon altitudes and things into your autopilot on approach. Ive always wondered how that works. Keeps you very busy. My cousin flew F14 tomcats for the navy for 30 years, I have ultimate respect for the people that can operate these aircraft so professionally. Its a pleasure to have a look into something I would never want to do.
@2:44 what is that white square sticking up from the wing? I also see it on the right wing later in the video?
That is the aileron fence. Doesn’t move on ground or in air. Thanks for comment and watching the video! Take care.
Once again, Max,, I really enjoy your spirit and your professionalism.
Thank you very much!
KOPF baby! My 305 home town! When you land on 9L the flight path takes you right over the Town of Miami Lakes. Very cool to see. Great vids CMax!
That’s awesome Carlos. Always a great part of the country to fly into! Thank you!
Thanks for another great video Max. Good catch on the three vs two, and good challenge. That's pilot awareness. One thing that I recall when punching through ten or so thousand feet from the FL's into certain areas was the smell. I found Florida to have a sulfur type smell that wasn't exactly unpleasant, but it was distinctly Florida. Further south, rural Mexico, Caribbean and the like, it was always a wood smoky smell, typically due to locals making charcoal and otherwise burning foliage that relentlessly encroaches on their living spaces and throughways. Your very blessed to do what you do, and we all appreciate your sharing it with us!
I’m super grateful you watch the videos and enjoy them! Thank you! Hope you and the family are well. Take care
Excellent flight! Beautiful scenery. Love the shots of the instrument panel as you're explaining what you're doing. Outstanding editing. Wish I could go to Oshkosh. Maybe next year.
Thank you very much! Glad you liked the edit and views! Take care and hopefully see you at osh2022
@@CitationMax Thank you so much for your reply. I will be doing my best to attend OshKosh 2022. Allot of time between now and then but will be doing my best. Stay safe, stay healthy.
Thanks for the view from 40k. It is beautiful up there
FOLLOWING: Your Vids, for a nice Sunday Drive.
Max, I was right ahead of you for departure at Oshkosh yesterday (Wed) runway 27. I looked at a gorgeous Citation and noticed N2RF. Nice to see you!
Oh that’s awesome!! Hope you had a great show. Take care and hope to see you at Oshkosh 2022!
Yes!!! Love the time laps. Would love to see the way points on future long flights. Always enjoying the videos.
Smooth flight and thanks for the video.
Kindly share the most challenging airspace you have flown into or transited and tell us about the most challenging airport you've flown into and out of.
Thanks so much! I have added this question to the next video Q&A segment . Thank you Sebina
Can't wait for that Oshkosh video. Keep up the great work!!
Thanks Matt! It’s in the works as we speak! Hopefully by end of this week it will be ready. Have been on a 13 day work trip so haven’t been home unfortunately. Thanks for your patience. You’re going to love the Oshkosh video!
@@CitationMax Can't wait. Talked to a colleague of mine last week who flew his plane up there... told me about the incidents and said it was a mess getting in and out but overall was a great time!!!
Always love taking to the skies with 2RF for the incredible scenery! Nice flying Max!
Thanks Adam! Appreciate the support as always!
I love your vids! Have you considered doing 1440p uploads? i would love the extra resolution and the visuals popping!
Hi Chris, Thanks so much! Definitely thought about it and probably going in that direction. I know it would make a difference! Stay tuned. Thank you!
Love your videos this one in particular, love the scenery. Wish I was in Florida now.. What a great (and handsome😉) pilot. Love from Ireland 🇮🇪.. Safe flying.
@HF Trust Would just love to be by the ocean for a few weeks.I guess the "grass is always greener on the other side." We have had fantastic weather for the last two weeks but we are in for a week of rain , this coming week.
I have been watching your videos for over a year maybe two. Fantastic content thanks for sharing. As the proprietor of an event production company, traveling on he ground. I have a grate respect for your craft. I do understand the practice of peeing in a plastic bottle. Lol. Peace love and light
Those clouds looked almost solid.
My notifs are always on ;) best pilot ever
Thanks so much Federico!
Max, from a truck driver, the 20oz Gatorade bottles work best in a pinch 😉
It's like flying with you, so perfectly clear explanations, thank you max, you always talk about how great of people you know and have met, well you also are a great person, thank you we all got to know you with u tube, keep the blue side up and enjoy your gift of flying all of us, blessings to you sir, total respect to you
Learning how to communicate with ATC seems so confusing let alone flying in general. Not as straightforward as driving is. Would love to learn someday, guess I’ll start with Microsoft Flight Simulator.
When first starting out it’s always scary and extremely intimidating, but practice makes perfect! And ATC is always there to help, and the majority of controllers have 0 problem with questions about instructions
Those controllers in the NY airspace are Golden' Great vid
Just read the Twin & Turbine article. You are a remarkable young man who exemplifies a professional aviator. Nothing like 40 thousand feet under your bottom - CAVU!
Thank Max, nice flight, always a learning moment.
Thanx Max. This was one of the best by far. Like Howard Hughes says. You need the clouds to appreciate the speed and awareness...
Wow that’s awesome to hear Willem. Thank you!
I absolutely love watching your videos
Hey Max, looks like you went to Stevo territory, did u meet him? 😀😀
Yeah, they did a video together!
@@lorenzomirra7584 Sure, and that was epic, I was just meaning this time around :)
@@marcocasati6953 hey Marco, unfortunately this time I didn’t meet up with S1K. Hopefully next time
@@CitationMax Hey Max, hehe that's great! Always looking forward to see more of you flying with S1K, and P1D, i loved those episodes! keep up the great work! 😀
Love the video max, would love to visit Oshkosh but it's a long way from the UK.
Hey Max, I really enjoy your videos and the detail of your comments. You keep us up to date on what you are thinking and doing. Very Informative. Thanks for posting the link to the article. It was very interesting and inspiring. Keep up the great work. Your concern for other people comes through on the camera.
Hi Larry! Thanks so much! Really glad you enjoy the videos. Your kind words mean a lot. Hope you have a great last few weeks of summer. Take care and see ya on the next video!
So cool! Thanks!
this is very relaxing to watch
good 2 see u back flying love the vids keep it up ..............
Thanks Gary! Hope all is well.
Question... when you make a sharp turn as at 30:25 on autopilot, I assume the turn causes a slight loss of speed and maybe altitude. Does the autopilot know to keep speed at such a level that it won't stall?
This guy is a PRO! 💯
100^ the best pilot channel outthere..thnaks for details....still waiting for u at Edgewater in Haven Riverfront Restaurant
Thank you Chef Gabiel! Appreciate your super nice words. I would love to go to your restaurant one day! Would be great.
@@CitationMax heyyy anytime ....Just tell the hostess Youre Invite by Chef Angel and Chef Gabiel...they would do the rest.... would love to flight to Roosevelt Roads in Ceiba one day....love everything and how u do it...coming from a Racecar driver that goes 6.7 seconds at 204 mph in a Rotary engine in a 1/4 of mile ....God bless

Great video Cookie Max as always...Hope you have great time at Oshkosh...Enjoy some cheese curds while there....Though not as good as cookies...lol...Take care Max.
Nice Video Max, You Are inspiring me to get my Pilot's License early and hopefully fly when im older.
Love hearing this! Thank you. Let me know how your PPL goes when the time comes. Take care
You were born to fly. I wish you always blue sky. I envy you .. 😁👍
Thanks so much!
Another great aviation video Max! You are the consumate aviation professional. Looks like you are getting our smoke haze out east from our Pacific northwest wildfires. Keep up the great work; Love your videos!
Hi Michael! Thank you very much. Your kind words mean a lot. Hope you and your family are well! Take care.
I have an idea for you. Get 3D stereo VR180 camera recording in 8k, so people with VR goggles can be with you inside that cabin. You could attach the camera sometimes in front, so we can watch clouds in 3D or inside the cabin, in the center looking forward etc. Great channel btw! Cheers!
I had no idea this even got posted.... how did I miss a "New Video" announcement!!
Love this video. Well done Max! Love seeing you with #TeamGarmin
Thank you Brandon!! Hope you’re having a great summer.
I would be happy if you would fly to germany
Do you know 171c 310 they go to fun in the sun a lot.
Is the first clip in this video shot at KTYQ? I am about 40 min north. Landed their recently and spotted 390GM. Just the plane in the hangar, not Greg himself. So cool!
Hi Zach! Yes part of it was filmed at TYQ. Such an awesome airport!
That was a fun and informative vid. Really appreciate the time lapse at 41k (would love to see more). Also enjoyed the Q&A. So here’s a question for you should you keep doing them.. What is the most challenging airport you have flown into and why? Fascinating stuff! Enjoy OshKosh!
Great question! I will definitely put that on my list to answer when I film next! Thank you
What a fantastic life you lead!!! You are indeed a blessed young man!!! We're finally getting a handle on all our sick puppies, they came to us with what we thought was parvo but it wound up being a type of worm that has a resistance to the worming medicine. When we found a medicine that would kill them, when they released from the puppies stomach it would cause massive bleeding, vomiting, and diarrhea... We gave them fluids and kept the alive till they could repair themselves and eat again. Out of the 16 pups, 6 have found homes, (been difficult with all the covid restrictions though!!!). Still have several seniors we're trying to find homes for too... Be safe Max and have fun at Oshkosh!!! Maybe one day if you're down NC way we'd love to meet you and your mom, ( cause we'll never have time to get away with all these doggies ;-). Take care Max, and thanks for all the videos!!! And thanks for all you do for the pups!!!
Hi Brian, Wow I know I’ve said this before but you and your wife are just wonderful and kind people. So glad to hear the puppies are okay and now healthy. I know citationmom and myself would love to meet you and your wife next time we are in NC.would be awesome! Have a great rest of your summer! Please stay in touch. Talk soon! And Say hi to the doggies from me!
haven't been along on a flight with you for a while mr max.... just watched 4 in a row....great fun!
Thanks Paul! Appreciate you watching my videos. Take care and have a good rest of your weekend!
Nice catch on wrong call sign! Similar call signs can be a real problem.
Another great video with a greaser of a landing. Go Max !
Thank you Larry!
Hi my friend. I was just wondering if you maybe could give a cockpit tour or maybe at least let us hear some of the sounds like the fasten seatbelt sign turning on and some of the alarm sounds that you would hear and what they mean. I am familiar with the Boeing and air bus sounds but I am not familiar with the citation sound as they are a completely different thing that I am not familiar with. I am blind, so that’s why a lot of these sounds interest me. And I figured even though you’re not flying with a lot of passengers, I figured it wouldn’t really make a difference anyways. The other thing that would be need to hear or the pre-recorded announcements if there are any. I would think since you’re not feeling any passengers, I would think that that would be pretty easy to do something like that. Love your videos.
Hey!
How come there was like a citation X with callsign N2RF ??
At the beginning of the video
Welcome home @CitationMax. Just saw you fly over on final to HPN 8/6 just before 1000
Ha that’s awesome. Love that. Thanks for your message and kind words! Good to be home.
Hey Max - we enjoy the video! Good flight!
Thank you Raymond!
Maybe a silly question.
You say V2 +10, yaw damper , flight level change. What is the purpose of Flight level change upon departure.
Where can we get the beds citationmom uses for the shelters?? We are trying to do the same in Austin, TX! Love the videos!!
Hi James, Thanks for your message! Email me at citationmax@yahoo.com and can provide that info. Appreciate it
Keep up the passion for flying
Great video as usual Max ! Blue skies to you.
Thanks so much Victor!
