Did you make sure you put weight during the adload on the screen. If you did correctly try 1 more time. If that doesn't work you might have a problem with your OP902. You would need to replace the indicator with a new indicator like our OP909. They are $165 + tax + shipping. You can email sales@optimascale.com to purchase. i did this and got it to say 0lbs but now its not reading any weight. It just stays at zero
