Thank you so much for this video and the reassembly one. I only needed to change three striker plates, which were chipped, so only went as far as that (the machine had just been professionally cleaned). I thought I was very careful to keep track of the nuts we totally removed (only 2), but found a spring washer left over at the end. Cannot find anywhere to put it, as the nuts we removed had their washers in there (great tip about the orange tool). So, it's back together now and we shall see what happens.

Definitely try a foaming electronics cleanser first! If you want to take off and clean all the needles, you can go the steps up to taking the needles off, then put them back on from there- no need to go all the way if it’s in decent condition.
I need some help. Need to enter instructions on the computer to turn on the motor and I can't get the motor to go on. The colour changer was removed and after that I've been struggling. Would appreciate some assistance. I'm in Kimberley South Africa and unable to find someone to help.
If you can .. change the title of the video to include the machine name so people will see your video when they are looking for something with the search function.
