This video series is AMAZING! Bought an old passap duomatic 80. It needed some serious cleaning. Followed your videos and even got an ultra sonic cleaner! Unfortunately after I put back together, I can’t make the front bed drop. Do you have any suggestions?

I always curse and struggle with mine. That pull knob is just so frustrating. I say many naughty words.

At the 6 min mark, what are you removing?

I am thinking it was that metal bar's nuts and the bottom rail - I went way further into removing the screws then I should have.

Just some safety advice: Never stick your fingers in a working ultrasonic cleaner. You don't want microbubbles in your blood.

lol. if this was a industrial medical, with dangerous chemicals maybe. But this is common cleaner, with the equivalent to an adult "pleasure toy" in a jug of water. If the micro bubbles were true then many adults would be dead, as well as anyone with a vibrating foot bath, and even concrete form workers who operate a vibrating tool that removes the air bubbles from cement. Another fact is that there are very few substances which actually penetrate the human skin. I know there are folks who still believe shooting each other with a air compressor/pressure washer blast will cause embolisms - fun fact - doesn't happen unless under violent/extreme situations.
