Why all dilemma to only 2017mbbs batch
I mean in Bipc 1st year we were told local state entrance exam as UG entrance
And in BIPC 2nd year we were told NEET exam for all 🇮🇳 UG entrance 🥲🥲

When I m tired, my brain in exhausted, I just watch ur videos, at marrow, at UA-cam...and thats it..I just watch and listen, and I think I don't ever have to write or memorise anything , I now know most of the imp things, it's just there somewhere in my brain by watching your teachings again and again...thankyou so much for your efforts

Sir i have a question to ask from spine chapter in conus medullaris syndrome how come S1 S2 S3 S4 get injured as the conus medullaris end by L1 vertebrae and the nerves do supply to respective vertebrae!! The remaining nerves become a tail and form cauda equina right😅😅
