Yeah.....that’s a 96-00 5.7 Vortec, not a 00-06 LS
Use a gear puller to take it off it interference fit heat it up until your spot skips off of it and slid it on
And… it’s still wrong… cool
my fan is wobbling is it The water pump pulley?
Ok so what if pully is spinning ? Belt isnt keeping it in place

My water pump pulley was making a load rattling noise an fell off than my belt came off

You didn't show actually changing it. You just got to it then skipped to new pulley installed.
