- This video is for all my pickeleballers out there! Pickleball is a great sport, especially for older adults, however, it can lead to some serious injuries.
This video is a 10 minute interval training workout (rest breaks built in) to help improve your strength, agility, balance, and endurance on and off the pickleball court, and also will hopefully help you decrease your risk for injury.

Thank you so much for sharing these excercises. I've had to do a few of them for my rehab sessions. Had I known about these a few years ago it probably would have saved me from so many injuries. I will start doing these often. How many times per week do you recommend doing these exercises?
I would try to mix these in three times a week!
What is your opinion of adding light squats to this routine?
You can definitely do that! Squats are a great functional exercise!
