I do not own any of the Kuroko No Basket Footage! I am using this content in the purposes of criticism, comment, and news reporting!
Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
Additionally, the fair use defense to copyright infringement was codified for the first time in section 107 of the 1976 Act. Fair use was not a novel proposition in 1976, however, as federal courts had been using a common law form of the doctrine since the 1840s (an English version of fair use appeared much earlier). The Act codified this common law doctrine with little modification. Under section 107, the fair use of a copyrighted work is not copyright infringement, even if such use technically violates section 106. While fair use explicitly applies to use of copyrighted work for criticism, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research purposes, the defense is not limited to these areas. The Act gives four factors to be considered to determine whether a particular use is a fair use:
the purpose and character of the use (commercial or educational, transformative or reproductive);
the nature of the copyrighted work (fictional or factual, the degree of creativity);
the amount and substantiality of the portion of the original work used; and
the effect of the use upon the market (or potential market) for the original work.

Well, _technically_ these are all 'moves' that actual basketball players have done before, just exaggerated to an almost ridiculous degree. Heck, there are even videos on UA-cam of actual NBA players/games where they pull off some of these things. Plus, it's an Anime; they can do things like slow-downs, add 'lightning' effects, etc. to make it more 'epic' than it "really" is.
You could even argue that the exaggeration is for the benefit of the audience only. After all, the NBA and professional ballers *do* exist in the Kuroko no Basket world (we have to remember that they are high school kids playing basketball), so it's safe to assume pros could perform feats of equal and even higher caliber (within the context of Kuroko no Basket).
I said the pros can perform feats of equal or higher caliber, so you're not really disagreeing...
The only GoM who can probably compete to some degree with pros, on a purely physical level, would be Murasakibara (and even then, not for very long, he'd have to output his best to keep up). The only GoM who's skill would be completely out of depth for a pro would be Midorima and that's solely because Midorima's skill is ridiculous in concept as well as practice (getting any shot, from anywhere on the court, 100% of the time, so long as it isn't interrupted - which just isn't feasible).
Why you gotta ruin it bruh
@@reefa2931 bro if these are high schoolers then the fucken nba guys gotta be flying around the court shooting fireballs and shit
@@pip5188 lmao
The yellow hair can copy any movement that he has seen.(including the full court shooting range.)
Despite being the most laid back character Kise ( blondie ) id say is the strongest of all the generation of miracles because of his copying ability he can pull everyone of the special moves of his old teammates AND anyone else after only seeing the move a couple of times
Haruka Matsuoka but only for four minutes
It does have time limit, the zone lasts way longer. I personally wanna see kuroko go in the zone
in the movie last game, Someone basically says that he's the best amoung them when he uses Zone + perfect copy
If Kise can make perfect copy and zone last as long as normal zone can last then he’d easily be the strongest on the team
Ray Kon same, I wanted to see that, as we’ve seen practically all of the GoM go in the Zone except Kuroko
As *KRP71390* said. There's a lot of exaggeration in this anime to make it look more appealing, cool and overall nice visually.
And also the anime is presented to us, the audience, as the person who is tricked sees it. Because there's a lot of tricks, mindtricks and optical tricks going on.
The small light blue haired guy who vanished during that one clip? He vanished only from the view of the guy he styled on. In reality he went a little bit to his right and then switched quickly to go to his left while also lowering his body so he would be even less visible and thus he has vanished from the other guy's view. But everybody else could see him the whole time clearly.
If we saw it as someone else than the guy who was styled on we as the audience would not get why the guy who was styled on couldn't react. So we are shown how it looked to him.
So the small light blue haired guy can't really teleport. He's just so small that you can easily lose track of him and he's quite fast but only in bursts because he has no stamina.
The characters are named after colors for their styles and philosophies on the court.
Yellow/Kise - Copier of styles.
Purple - Greatest and Most Strategic Defense/Impenetrable wall
Kuroko/Light Blue - Genius of passing
Red/Emperor Eye - Intimidation, Reading the player's movements to predict their next moves
Green/Midorima- Prayer Shot... 8I
Aomine/Blue - Speed/Zone at free will
Taiga/Dark Red - Wild Card
This anime isn't supposed to be realistic. If you want something more realistic check out Slam Dunk
ok
The thing that they keep talking about in this anime "the zone". It's just the point as an athlete where your focus is as sharp as it can be. I guess for a real life reference look at the best players on sports team. How they seem to just sharpen up when the game is on the ie Kobe Bryant in his prime, MJ, LeBron, and Steph Curry. When they need to take over their focus and the degree to which they play rises to a higher and sharper point.
Krazy KoolAiD Man the anime is realistic besides the obvious anime moments where they are in air for like 20 seconds talking and stuff like that but consider these guys the best of the best every once in a couple generations players. Even the zone is real, well not the lightning part but the zone is extreme focus. But this anime is really close to real life again besides the normal anime things. Maybe some of the "abilities" are stretched out but all are possible. If someone has really good shooting form they can almost shoot from anywhere as long as they have their form, some can copy others or learn very quickly and adapt into their own style, others just have a big body and can defend and dunk very well. Even some with high reactive abilities can read situations so fast, people think they can almost see what their opponent was thinking. Even kurokos "vanishing passes and shots and drives" are explained to being misdirection in the eye. Only thing non realistic about this anime is all the Norma shit where people be vanishing like they goku or something. (Sorry I just love this anime and wanted to explain :D)
Or haikyuu
Thank you for reacting to one of my favorite series!! ^_^ Yup, this series isn't supposed to be realistic, but that's what makes it so much fun to watch!! XD
Midorima and takao vs akashi ! :D, Nice reaction btw !
😂😭 your reaction to Midorima's shooting range was funny as heck 2:36
This was a good reaction react to tsuna vs xanxus
Thanks
knb is highly influenced by nba and they directly recreate many moves from nba stars. A lot of people don't understand that kuroko is a jump sports manga so its not meant to be realistic, it's meant to portray the great sport of basketball in the world of anime.
I'm kinda mad there was only one kuroko moment but it was a good one
The behind the backboard is possible because Larry Bird did it multiple times

No offence but in my opinion haikyuu is sooo much better
It's more realistic and raw and emotional and you just love all characters
knb is still more thrilling
@@aswinnair5173 for you
@@ParkJiminMylittlemochi no for most ppl out there too...cuz everyone in it are pros unlike haikyuu where the characters develop throughout the series...haikyuu also gives the thrills but not as much as compared to knb
dude, different era different market.
people back then loves to see some fx exaggerated sports anime.
if Haikyuu aired at the same era Kuroko was, i would say Kuroko is better.
then now i would say Haikyuu is better because todays fans likes something more realistic.
@@zm3375 I agree but they actually were airing at the same time and knb was more popular. If knb aired in today's era or dropped a new season it would probably still be the most popular sports (its only half the length of haikyuu). There have only been three sports manga to be second to one piece in manga sales which happen to be my three faves, knb, slam dunk and prince of tennis. Also haikyuu was havily influenced by knb and knb was influenced by slam dunk. It's fine to prefer haikyuu but don't dismiss that you only have haikyuu the way it is today because furudate (haikyuu) learned and took much inspiration from fujimaki (knb).
