We all love Mash, but be honest. Her only usage outside story and some stall strats is a free unit to hold a ce. And her ortinax form just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Thats the thing you dont want to "stick around" for a while in modern content because bosses just keep stacking buffs making it even easier for them to 1 shot your units with a random crit.
The other problem is that Castoria exists and her stall is far more powerful that everything Mash offers

If the servant can't loop, or make others loop, throw them in the trash
I would've put Mash in B tbh, 0 Cost, good defense NP, targetable invul + battery, 20% flat Servant bond up in Story and event Quests is pretty good
I have to disagree on Summer Kama I have both her and Space Ishtar and well Space Ishtar has a lot of utility she can't touch Kama on damage and once you have the supports you default to Kama.
It's why the "well some bosses Kama has a small chance to wiff her charm" well arguing for Space Ishtar's inconsistent buffs they are in the same tier for sure.
What I wish people would talk about is they are the perfect match to use both together you can black grail Kama and fire her super burst with just the 30% from from one Castoria.
Space Ishtar then not only handles the earlier wave well giving a 30% attack boost to Kama.
With two Castoria and plug suit you can actually work both of them full NP for third wave and the damage is glorious with Ishtar able to get more damage and use Kama's defense down and Kama having that Ishtar attack buff Avenger Sisters for the win. ❤

My take on the summer kama vs. spishtar debate is as follows:
One i have np 5 and the other np 1. that settles the debate for me

jinako becomes way better this year around Sep due to the 3rd skill buff where she gains a targetable 30% np damage + 50% lawful mod, but yeah, before that, she's pretty bad
Really bad take on Mash. Even if there were other 0 cost servants, she is still fantastic.
A minimum. Trying to downplay her is just disingenuous.
Taunt is clutch, targetable invul + 20% battery is great utility, and still the best def buffer in the game. Still goated for stall teams, and placing her right before the anchor really helps your final servant finish the job when needed.
If you aren't getting to her NP, you're playing her wrong. MLB jeweled sword can start her at 40% (+10%NP gain) or dragon meridian for 50%, plus her append for 20%. NP gain on her taunt means she can easily get to 100% depending on enemy hits.
And she will still cost less than a 3 star without a CE.
I like how well Summer Martha has aged, between her anti-divine/undead niche as well as the anti-zerker append skill she got later on. If you choose to bring her along for Lostbelt boss fights she'll definitely pull her weight.
Would be nice if she got an animation update (unlikely as it seems). When put alongside fellow brawlers like Luvia, Himiko and Bazett, the year 1 crust on her is real.

One thing I disagree about Caren not being good at Farming tho, she can do 1 1 x from zero. You can search Caren 1 1 x there should be a vid on youtube.
I understand ruler skadi is not out yet but with caster skadi you wont havea problem with 2 1 x or1 2 x. None of the Art looper can dothat, and she is Quick

Caren really shines in hard content as a sub slot unit because she is amazing at buying time

I'd put Douman on EX and Oda on A+, the former because dude can do ANYTHING and latter because she has all the things that makes a good unit.

i don't think it's fair to compare ruler artoria and ishtar, ishtar's delay buff is 50% and only has 3T cd, which means it can be spammed, while ruler artoria's is only 30% and has a 6T cd AND is tied to her battery which means you have to use it on T1 to farm, which isn't good

I'll stand by her till the day i die. She does everything she needs to, and saves you from malding over sq summons. Even if farmers like spishtar or Skama have more refund or damage, it's overkill when using double castoria, and just not necessary

They are both finale boss themed characters which is my jam but I prefer Kama since she is the reason i got into FGO.

OG Abi is actually better is CQs than Hokusai. If you think Abi has low dmg Hokusai has even lower dmg if you havent stacked def down yet. She also has trouble looping because her refund isnt that good and again her dmg isnt good. Plus, when are you going to bring her? Zerker mobs ideally right? Guess what that fucks her refund even more.
Abi is more usefull in my opinion because she acts as an emergency dps that can debuff. Granted optimal looping accounts and those whales with NP5 ST buster dps wont really need her, but she's more useful to you even then than having Hokusai. Hokusai is directly obsolete if you have any other competent aoe arts dps unlike Abi.
Hokusai with second append, sapphire magical girl CE + double castoria NP gain buffs refund 71% on berserkers at NP2 and you have three 30% charges to work with. Easy peasy.

Is Caren's farming bad? I always use her for everything, 2/2/x berserkers or assassins with black grail or 1/1/x anything else with black grail. She only needs 9% refund to loop with double s.skadi oberon
Caren is good she’s honestly one of the best neutral quick loopers. People complain about anyone who’s farming isn’t completely straight forward
While I've personally never used her, from what I've heard, most people seem to think she's one of the better Quick loopers in the game. So ZTL saying people think she's bad, is probably just him ( unsurprisingly ) talking out of his ass. I think he just makes up a lot of shit to make himself feel smart for " disagreeing " with people. Like at 40:30 he says XX is SUPER undervalued, and my first thought was " BY F*CKING WHO? ". I've literally never heard anyone give XX anything but praise, so who exactly is undervaluing her?

I probably would have kept EX to just Oberon, Gogh, Taira, and the Rin/Sakuraface omni-farmers, but other than Mash being low I don't have any huge gripes with this one.
Call it cope, but I get a lot of work out of Jinako.
She plays a good support tank.
i feel Caren is A+ tier she is great for any boss fight her ruler class makes her tanky and her kit is great for CQ content she is the unit you want if something goes wrong. she actually works better on a castoria team because in hard content if one of your castorias die and your left with 1 castoria she comes in her skills reduce the np gauge 2 points and focuses the attacks on yourself buying time to get castorias np back up to protect yourself. she also buff blocks on NP so that buff a boss uses can be blocked. people underestimate how good someone who can come in and take the heat off everyone for a turn and buy time. she is the reason i beat lostbelts 4,5, and 5.5 because there are many nasty fights and she can mitigate how bad things can get.
Heroine XX, Jaques and Yang are A tier at best. without the honey lake CE yang loses a lot of power and honey lake hasnt been available for a long time , jaques doesnt have her buff to make her good yet and heroines invil skill ties her attack to it limiting her. Jinako i have seen others use her and she feels like a B tier unit rather than C. Holmes i feel is B tier because he needs 2 more buffs to be good he feels like an incomplete super orion.
Mash is B tier because she is decent with 0 cost which is so useful and she is decent.
i would also put Van Gogh in A+ tier she is a great unit she requires a lot of learning to use which unlike oberon who is much easier Van Gogh is not friendly and requires learning which to me takes her down to A+ tier because she is difficult to use.
When talking about Maou Nobu buffs you forgot about Nobukatsu.
Here's my list. I won't explain everything since that would be a LONG ass comment, but I'll say some stuff.
1. There's some units that I have little to no experience using, so for them I just looked at their kits and factored in some general stuff I've heard about them.
2. The further to the left they are, the higher in the Tier they are. So for example, Jalter is better than Summer BB.
3. I normally don't do minus Tiers, but the A+/EX Tiers were starting to get super bloated and I was having a really hard time deciding where to put some of them. So I added " EX- ".
4. Any questions about my placements? Feel free to ask ( politely ).
EX+: Mash, Oberon, Van Gogh.
EX: Taira, Kiara, QSH, Space Ishtar.
EX-: Astraea, Yang, MHXX, Holmes, Douman, Summer Kama.
A+: Maou Nobu, Summer Kiara, Himiko, Melt.
A: Caren, Dantes, Jalter, Summer BB, Kingprotea.
B+: Okitan, Hokusai, Amakusa, Abby, MRX, Jacques, BB, Ganesha, Summer Da Vinci Lily, Summer Abby.

Finally some good news after losing the new years bag.
Okey so, Oberon didn't change at all how we played the game he just brought big damage but nothing else, outside of farming he's mostly useless compared to other supports.
Also, while I do understand that Quetz kit needs something else to be good, I wouldn't put her with units that you can consider bad. She would be very good with some sustain or survivability on her kit, or with more damage, but she's no at the level of Gorgon or Lobo those units are BAD, like SUPER BAD
A target 3T taunt, easily usable to kill 1 hp bar and sacrifice a servants, it will also come out of CD for the last turn a lot of times.
He completely changed how Raids are played, you now always pick Oberon, Busters became way better and no need for a second charge sup.
He also made possible for buster servants with 50% self charge to easily 6-slot without plug by using Habetrot + 50% charge sup and 10% charge MC
@@GS_CCC you not always pick Oberon and it's not always the best option. The 3T taunt is wanky a lot of times and in general anything of what you said isn't game changing. At the very best is an optimizing tool.
@@altheapolyam he is the best for Raids tho, 50% buster and 60% np dmg + doubles all NP dmg, you always pick him.
So 2004 MC gives 100% np dmg instead of 50%.
Even with arts and quick he is op and buster becomes way better for raids/ordeal ST nodes than other colors.
How is a servant that completely warped the meta for something not gamechanging.
Also made possible for servants with little to no charge to farm raids and a lot of sups with 0 charge but high dmg mods became usable
The taunt is decent, nothing crazy but I would take him over a servant like Tamamo for CQs most times
I love santa Quetz, but she is horrible, she still have some use, but she is missing a couple buffs to make her more usable. C tier.

I have to disagree with Jinako. Yes you prefer high damage servants over tanks, but she is a super good tank with team synergy

That's a massive downplay on the Abbys. They certainly aren't the cream of the crop, but it's grossly incorrect to say they are bad.
-OG Abby has the benefit of actually being an extremely reliable anchor to have come in to clean up a tough fight. Between her stun, debuffs, and NP drain she can stop a boss cold for a while while her NP strips them of any non-boxed buffs. Her NP gain can be pretty easily overcome with a variety of CEs, and bringing her into CQ's always manages to clinch it out.
-Summer Abby is a boss fight specific support, plain and simple. More specifically, she's the best choice for fights where it's a multi boss fight and you have to focus down one of them. Her stun + 2 turn sleep can completely shut out the whole gimmick by pacifying one of the enemies, not to mention between Buster and Def debuffs she turns the one remaining unit into a punching bag.
I like the Abby units myself, but I pretty much expected them to go into the C tier. A major problem they have is one that they share with Helena Blevatsky, which is that they have extra long cool down timers on their skills, which hurts their usefulness in extended fights *especially* given that they are largely meant for support. Their stun is unreliable since it is rng based, so you can't depend on it to stall enemy nps. Summer Abby kind of rectifies this with her sleep debuff, but if you attack the stunned unit on the same turn that you hit them with sleep, they'll just wake up and use their np anyways.
I get why you ranked Jalter A instead of A+, but that’s literally because if they give her any other buff she will be BROKEN!
I am lifelong member of the "Give Jalter's S3 a buff" team. Make her Buster effectiveness 3 turn and add a 30% battery. That would be perfection.
I would've swapped hte positions of the two Kiaras, personally. Other than that, seems legit.

I got MHXX to NP5 when I was trying to get Summer BB. At NP5, she's an "easy button" for bosses. I sometimes forget that she's only a 4* because she's THAT good!

Jalter should of been kept A+. That buff block on her NP shuts down a lot of break bar buffs or blocking the occasional skill invul/dodge/guts.
Yang, I've had the opposite results from her. It's always been great first turn but floundering after that praying to card RNG to fire again.
I think at this point i agree with the A rank, simply because Jalter's kit over all just doesn't do enough compared to the newer servants, and i've got her NP4 level 120, 2k/2k fous, and bond 14 xD
I actually use her dragon buffing niche for Melusine and Ibuki to give them a 40% atk up... but all she can really provide to the team with consistency is dmg and often it's less than what other servants listed above her could bring assuming all lvl 90, NP1; She's still A rank though, purely through damage alone which is a HUGE achievement i'd argue!
And, if we're lucky, she'll get another buff from lasagna to help keep her competitive with the powercreep~

Having summer Kama over Kiara is wild Kama is almost the same servant Kiara is an amazing farmer you can farm almost anything with her
Kiara is worse than S.Kama from a farming standpoint because
1) she has basically a 30% battery if you want to keep max damage on wave 3
2) She has a .6 np gain on a 3 hit aoe np, that’s going to make her refund a lot less than SKama who has a .52 np gain but a 4 hit aoe no.
3) SKiara has less damage than Skama on the first 2 waves which means she can fail to clear. At both np1 level 90 1k using only their skill 1 and both castoria skill 1 and 3 Kiara does 42,176 on average and SKama does 52,104 damage. This INCLUDES SKiara’s 20% np damage buff.
