Nice session thanks for showing. I spotted the fence move when the points changed at 02:30. Thought I was seeing things so watched again in case I was going silly in my old age 😊
Thanks, yes 10 points for spotting the issue with the fence 😂 I didn't notice until I was editing the video so I left it in. Not entirely sure what happened but I'll have to investigate 👍
Hi Simon, that was excellent mate, well filmed, edited and the music for me was spot on. The music reminded me of an evening in Kuala Lumpar I had once, staying in a nice hotel with a brilliant jazz pianist, enough said. Hope you’re well cheers for now, John
Hi Simon! Very much enjoyed the running session! Was worried that the Deltic wasn't going to make it into the engine shed for a moment! All the best, Ian.
Thanks Ian, it was certainly a close one on the engine shed, on the 1st take it didn't quite make it and moved the whole thing sideways which kind of broke the illusion!
That Kidderminster station old and new looks great. Very realistic. The new footbridge is up now if you want to bother to update it. You can catch a glimpse of it on the Web Cam. Great running session
Thanks Peter, I'll have to take a look at the webcam, it was very useful when doing the scenery at the Kidderminster end of the layout. Thanks for watching 👍
Hi Simon A lovely running session video, I think the middle door of the loco shed might need a little widening for DELTIC, it seems very close to scraping it, lol. Have you changed all your couplings to the Hunt magnets? (and do you run fixed rakes or do any shunting with them?) Thanks
Yes it was a tight fit in the loco shed! On the 1st take it actually moved the shed sideways a little 😂 I use the Hunt Elite couplings on everything now, all fixed rakes. You can probably see in the video how things 'jump' when you couple up as the magnets are strong but they are easy to use and I never have any accidental uncoupling any more which used to happen with the 'rapido' type coupling. 👍
Hi Simon, thanks for the upload, I enjoyed that immensely! I like all the little details you have in the layout very much.
Regards
Steve

Very enjoyable to watch. If you don't mind me asking, what size is your layout ( L x W ) ?
Thanks, the layout itself is about 4 x 2 meters, there's more info in this layout tour video - ua-cam.com/video/Z1FQZyzpG0Q/v-deo.html 🚂
