Very interesting to see that version of Ashton also danced in Paris. A long time ago i saw Tamara Rojo excellent in London. Beautiful interpretation 👏🎶🙌

What a treat! Interesting that it's performed by two Royal Ballet-trained dancers who, of course, have deep knowledge of the Ashton heritage. Would love to see Parish in more neo-classical choreography: Petit, Neumeier, Forsythe, Kylian, Carlson.

I would love to dance works by those choreographers! It’s a pity we don’t have them in our rep at the Mariinsky.

It’s interesting Mariinsky performs Ashton’s Marguerite and Armand instead of Bolshoi’s repertoire, Lady of the Camellias of Neumeier. I guess they want to be different to each other😅 A few years ago I watched Zakharova’s Lady of the Camellias on cinema. It was moving too❤️

I’ve just spent weeks, months on UA-cam ballets, and I’m a mere music teacher . Smitten with margeurite et armons, liszt’s sonata, ashtons interprétation. Nureyev and Fonteyn rule, all others drool.
