But they didn't animate anything ? Everything is taken directly from the game they just added some camera angles a lot of unnecessary effects too. That is some kind of 'Nintendo hire this man' take.

this is really, really good. only critique I'd add is that it should be paced down just a little bit - it feels too fast. some pauses would be better. additionally, i personally am of the opinion that the 'ambient sounds' - outside of the conversation itself, are too loud, and derive from the clarity and clearness of the conversation(s) between G-Man and Alyx.
Jaw-droping animation. But it misses one BIG detail. When GMan asks Alyx what she wants, on her anwser his eyes glows and his shadow (as i think) sees in a future to what consequences her request could lead and what GMans employees would think of it.
Half Life 3 's story could be that Gman summons his seven employees Freeman, Shephard, Calhoun, Alyx, Chell, Colette and Ivan to fight the Combine. It can also be explained that Gman 's superiors are from a 5 dimensional race that delegated the management and administration of planet earth to Gman a 4 dimensional being also that Combine represent a threat to Gman 's, hence he Gman needs its 7 employees.
Calhoun and Chell aren't employed by the gman, Colette also might not have been. Freeman is most likely no longer employed after this ending. -And Ivan isn't cannon.

It's well made, but there are a couple of issues I have with it. The constant lightning at the start was a bit distracting, and the places they went to were rather busy. It takes some of the focus off of what was being said.
