Hey BurningIce, wrote my 1001 today and passed with a 820. Thank you so much for providing such in depth vids on the content of the exam , it really helped. Hopefully I'll get a similar result fr my 1002. Thanks again !
Hey Owen, wow that's great news! I'm really happy for you :) Maybe reward yourself with your favorite snack or drink? Well done!!
Did you only do this course or did you do other courses too?
@@darinpierce6802 Just stick to 1 course only. Don’t jump around to different training courses. Only use a 2nd to reference a certain topic/objective you are struggling to understand.
Then Look for practice tests and do a lot of them. If you do no practice tests you will probably fail the exam because you weren’t in the mindset of taking a test.
Also take the time to look up PBQs to get an idea of what you might see. You might get lucky and see something similar.
Best of luck!
I think this is going to prove very useful for the new guys like you said. Way to go to help the new guys bro
I just finished your course. I'm hoping the A+ cert along with the LPI Linux cert I have will help me break into a support position at one of the local labs in my area. Thank you again for this amazing resource!
As always thanks a lot looking forward to support the channel
Hope to used the same idea when writing N+ exams

@@BurningIceTech I’m 24 and have mostly worked construction/warehouse jobs but now I’m finding a new love for computers and technology so I’m thinking of making a career change into IT
@@Jboppe75 Sounds like one of those hidden passion situations which you never knew about until you experienced it.
Well....welcome to IT bud :)
@@BurningIceTech much appreciated that’s nicer than any warehouse employee has been to me haha
@@Jboppe75 haha glad to hear it. Well generally we folks in IT tend to stick together
Thank you. This video is very informative and will help us when we take the exam. Suggestion: Please address the Covid19 issue. How will that affect the exam process?
From what I understand you can do all them as online proctored exams
@burningicetech - thank you for your super helpful video. I have no experience in It or whatsoever, but found yours once very easy to understand. I would like to become a cybersercurity, so I should learn core 1, core 2 , network +, t sercurity+, cloud+, linus+, server+, then Cysa+, pentest + and casp+ to become one? and i should take exams to obtain some certs to have an IT Job? Thanks heaps!
What would be the sobject that students finds more difficulty?
Shall we take both core 1 and 2 at the same time? We are anxious to get our certifications.
This playlist covers both modules; you didn't mark them as which belong to core 1 and which belong to core 2
LEGEND
Are there any strictly arithmetic questions with converting binary to decimal or decimal to binary ?
Well I finished the modules two weeks ago and haven’t failed any practice tests haha
i am on military base, where can i take these exams?
Well, the course is an international course and the exams are international as well as the certification obtained.
The exams normally need to be written at an authorized testing center near you which is most countries in the world. You should be able to find one online on a site like Pearson Vue.
Alternatively what you can do which I don't recommend, you can also write the exams on your own machine wherever you are. CompTIA along with a few other vendors has now made it possible for test takers to write from the comform of their own homes or office.
I don't recommend it though because they are VERY strict. Most people try to cheat and they know this so they will fail you for smallest thing. If anything makes noise in the background for example, they will fail you. If there is anything or anyone near you, they will fail you. It's really strict. I'd rather recommend going into a testing center.
do i need to bring a mask to the testing center?
