    Thank goodness for this video! Now I don't have to wear my hair up every other day! I workout 5-6 times a week and I try not to wash my hair but every 2 to 3 days and I sweat so badly on my scalp...my hair is literally soaked on the back half. And now I can workout on nights that I know I'm going out right after. I usually workout in the mornings if I know I have to be cute for the night. Thank you 🙃

    I love when you do hair videos, that's how I originally found you. Can you do some videos like you used to, such as diy hair cutting or coloring? Maybe some hair tutorials on cutting or styling various types of bobs since they are so popular right now. Can't wait for your hair products, specifically "blonde" products.

    what about those of us with a fringe or bangs as you US peeps call them? Mine gets absolutely soaked thro a class, I certainly wouldn't want to dry that sweat into my hair! Sweat left on the skin starts to smell as it's a bacteria, so isn't that the same if left on the scalp, which is skin all the same??!!

    I’m a personal trainer and at the gym 5 days a week. I sweat A LOT and often just throw on a hat because I walk out of the gym with my hair soaked. I like the idea of putting my hair up but I want to look somewhat cute. Do you have any hairstyle videos for the gym? I can’t do any cute sloppy buns. I have tried and they looked horrible and often end up horribly tangled. :( Thank you for the tips BTW!! 🧡

    Just found your channel and I have a question. What's your thoughts on not washing hair for a week or two? Lately I've found so many hair you tubers who are all about the "I don't wash my hair for a week, or two weeks" and they say it's better for your scalp and hair. Thoughts? Advice? Thanks!

    • @mariacastro5252
      @mariacastro5252 7 років тому +2

      Iris Hanlin if you are trying to get your hair to be healthier, the longer you go without washing it the better because you are letting the natural oils of your scalp nourish your hair increasing hair growth. I wash my hair every Friday religiously, then I do a deep conditioner for hours and I always get compliments since my hair is so healthy and shiny. If the oiliness through the week bothers you, just use dry shampoo like she says. Eventually you'll get used to it

    love your hair like this. Beautiful girl. What top is that? You look amazing in black. Do you have lash extension individuals in the middle? Love that delicate whispie lash look.
    FYI --> Since I get my hair sweaty daily and I have super thick and long hair, I usually put a very very tiny (fingernail amount) of shampoo on my hair after work out because you really need to wash the sweat off your scalp...sweat contains toxins and you don't want that absorbing back into your scalp - GROSS - and then I condition it. I never use a hair dryer, just let it air dry, put mousse in it and go to sleep. I workout at night.

I was wondering if there are other methods than dry shampoo to do after workouts or is it fine to let it stay in it’s funk or a typical rinse 3rd day and then go back to dry shampoo? Yea learning how to maintain post workout hair 😭

    What about really long hair? I make my hair a ponytail but not high one. And it still when i remove the elastic my hair gets that "shape". And also my hair always be messy/frizzy after i leave the gym which im feeling so ugly walking around like that. (My normal hair type is kind of wavy to curly its mixed and pretty f- up but i straight it with a blow dryer and a roller brush.) So i feel really bad because i have to go to gym everyday and the next day im at work...and my hair will be so not nice and its not healthy to wash it everyday..

    Hello! I just wanted to say how much I love your channel! Also, I was wondering if you would know a good hairdresser in Montreal Qc. I would really love to go from brown to blonde. Thank you xxx
