I'm surprised at the power-it's more than we'll ever need, and we've not even used the most powerful setting yet.I've cleaned off a dirty concrete porch to get it ready for sealing, started to clean siding, and I know this pressure washer will be terrific for cleaning tools this fall.The only issue we had is we had turned around the hose connector, and it leaked. Once it was on correctly, though, we had no problems with the connection. Just remember that the end with the green knob goes towards the hose. It's obvious now what we did wrong, but not necessarily obvious at the time.

Thank you for the in depth information you provide in all your videos. I've been thinking about doing this as a weekend thing or even after work (for now). I've already watched a numerous amount of your videos to the present date and it seems your detail business has taken off 👊🏼, praise God!🙏 I've got over 15 years experience in custodial for a school district and specialized in carpet/upholstery car for 4 years. A lot of the detailing is pretty much the same when it comes to techniques. Though working for the district now as a head Custodian, I still believe I can make more and make like a little easier for my family through entrepreneurship. Again, thanks and God Bless brother!🙌🙏

Yup the device St the end is your water pump. Drummond brand at harbor freight I believe 55 plus tax and it comes with the 12v cord for your battery or fuse hook up. Great setup!

I started my business last year and I made spreadsheets.... a lot of spreadsheets, down to cost per product per service per vehicle, what products can do multiple things, equipment cost vs lifespan, and usefulness. All of that. the best thing I learned was to just get started. You don't want the cheapest stuff but get the best within the budget you're working with and as your skills and client's needs increase, so will your revenue and equipment needs. Another thing you can add to your arsenal is a Deionized filter. .....To help from water spa stains when washing a car under the sun so what this means is that you’re allowed to let the soup dwell longer granted that is pH neutral and you can take your time washing the car without having to worry about if the water soap is going to stain the paint.

My next phase is getting business cards/flyers. Right now I'm just going old school "word of mouth". I am currently grinding out the trunk of a sentra. So, that means I have to go compact. Which is pretty cool, to open the trunk and see how much I can actually put in there. Let's just say I have room for a 10-15 gallon compact tank.

Be careful with the pressure washer 3100 psi is a lot of power.. You don't want to strip the paint of the car.. LOL I have an electric 1600 psi and it does the job. But at the end of the day is what work for you. All the best you on the right track! Best of luck..

How much do you say you make now on an average day
I currently work in IT for almost 10 years. I want to switch my career to detailing. The thing that I’m struggling with is; I will need to quit my current job, buy a van, generator, water tank and everything else. I think this is a risk, can any one give me tips on how to start small but still provide professional work.
Set a minimum charge just to open up your van...this changed the game for me.

@FabioMakisig Just FYI you don't have to get all that stuff at once. The Main things you need is rigid vacuum, bucket of distilled water, ONR(so you can do rinse less washes, a lot of Microfiber towels, trash bags, gloves, and some spray bottles of apc, interior cleaning, and window cleaner. Then just build as you grow.
