Mr. Harrison, I have begun watching your videos, have some experience turning wood, really interested in working with sheet copper. Would like to ask what you would call that wood piece locked in your vice, and how you made it? I wish I had found your works earlier. Merry Christmas.
I think I've told you how much I enjoy your videos! You are truly generous with your skills....Although I am new at working with metal jewelry, I am able to follow your steps so easily and have made a few items, certainly learned quite a few skills. My husband does polymer clay and we have purchased some bangles similar to yours, except nor totally closed up, we've left an opening to insert polymer clay in the center of the bangle. Would this be the Sam procedure for us to to make a rolled bangle with a rim, leaving some space for poly clay.? I'd like to send you a picture of what we made but are not sure how. : ( Thanks much.
What is the name of the tool you use to inlay or bend the bangle ? I mean the iron or iron curves, where you hammer inward to give you the curve or shape ?
