You really underestimated the power of those swords. They would have made so many fights much easier for you if you just used them.
Should've chosen Milton "Goo" Berry as a companion. His "Goo Punch" ability does 9-10 Chump damage every turn.

41:23 don't know what happened but you clearly didn't put the big berry with a crown in the reserve but it might of bugged anyway.
big berry wasn't supposed to show up twice, so the game got confused about which one was the real one
probably because AA took so many traveller checks with only base unlocks
it's probably since been fixed but it's an interesting bug to see
This game could benefit from a system where you could see what would happen if you ran this turn is as. It seems kinda fun and I like the aesthetic, but trying to figure out what's even going to happen at all when you play a single card doesn't seem enjoyable anymore.
There's a lot to like about this game, but I STRONGLY dislike when there's a lot of random effects in card games.
Also the difficulty just seems brutal.
It's hard, but imo super rewarding. I SUCK at the game but still love it bc finding new card combos and seeing how far I can get is so fun.

I enjoy when you play deck builders. Watching your channel got me into Slay the Spire.
“Rpg squad based roguelite deckbuilder” sounds like word salad. I am immediately turned off by all of these things individually, together they sound like the most tiresome rote trend-chasing garbage.

Have you considered using the snow sticks on Yuki? She gains a total of 3 attack at the cost of freezing a couple rounds.
But, why? There are enemy targets available, it makes no sense to freeze Your unit instead
You seem to be confused in Yuki's ability. She gains attack when ANYONE is frozen, whether ally or enemy. This basically means that you can play as normal with your snow (actually you're encouraged to snow even more)

@@lertik3898 No, not confused. Snow sticks adds two snows and 1 attack to the target. You can use it to freeze enemies, sure, but at the cost of a permanent buff to its attack. Using it on Yuki freezes her but adds a total of 3 to her attack. Considering she begins as a 1/1, it’s important to invest in her early so she’s a powerhouse by the time bosses emerge.

I've never heard of rerolling leaders, you can make a good run with pretty much any of them
all of the cards have uses, even the scrappy swords are very useful
most of the travellers are very good when you know how to synergize with them
who cares what the charms look like
