Your gift shop's cashier shouldn't be placed right near the entrance, the moment a queue is formed(and it will unless you are selling something with really low demand), the 2nd in line will immediately complain no cashier and leave right away.

getting into complex traffic laws, idk how common this is but in PA you can make a left turn at a red light if you're turning from a one-way road on to another one-way road

This game is unrealistic in that you're running a business in Manhattan and you're able to find a space at all for a reasonable price, never mind the city being after your ass constantly because they make administrative faults and then ask you to solve it for them.

Great concept, but it looks boring, they need to improve gameplay, clicking to walk, if there's combat it must suck, I think it needs improvement, the grind also looks boring, clicking to go places, to get virtual objects, and then come back, to grind virtual money, no way I'm doing that, I already waste my life too much.
Haven't watched it yet but would recommend King of Retail if you are a fan of this game. Its a little more janky but the actual retail store management is a lot more in depth and even the business/franchise management aspect is on point.
