The way the captain tried to land the plane reminds me of how I fly planes in GTA: San Andreas. You are flying and suddenly see the runway, and then you just dunk the plane onto the ground.
I agree. I dont know what the hell you keep telling them things that dont fully describe the danger and problem while they have a chance to correct it.

The pilot was mentally unstable and the first officer too scared at the pilot acting like this. The pilot seemed to be trying to get the female pilot to comfort and reassure him that he was a good person but the female pilot ignored him and only gave instrument reading and ATC messages. A similar thing happened in Delta airlines but the first officer tricked Captain into leaving Cockpit and locked the door saving the plane.

More specifically, it was the captain's fault. He had a mental breakdown because he was facing several accusations by a former colleague. As for the first officer, she was still new to flying, and had also never flown into Kathmandu before, so, she was relying on the captain for guidance.
This is mainly the airlines fault, the ones who manage who flies the plane. They let the captain fly even though he had a history of depression in the past and on top of that he worked overtime and hadn't had enough sleep and was not functioning properly. The co-pilot tried to save the plane as much as she could. The pilots could've initiated a go-around (another approach to the runway) instead of turning such a short distance.
