- People in Silverleaf are CRAZY for this one story plan by Meritage Homes. This is the Alcott II plan. 2,080 square feet and 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Part of the reason people love it so much is that it is the ONLY one story plan that Meritage is offering right now. But there are so many other reasons! Hey Amy. Like the front elevation especially the brick/stone work. Love recessed lighting. Home is deceiving. Looks small but it’s deep. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Cozy drop zone/spacious laundry 🧺 room with cabinets and counter. I would want the sink. Agreed. Good size guest bedrooms and bathroom. Nice kitchen. Like the pendant lights. Love large pull out kitchen drawers instead of cabinets. Good sized dining/breakfast nook. Nice floors and paint choice against the base boards. Good size primary. Always appreciate a linen closet in en suites. Nice floor plan Amy. Thanks for sharing.

Hello Amy, Love the house, probably not available because it's so perfect.. I do have one question about the house and the community. With this house and other homes, if i bought it would I be allowed to have a pool and Lani put in? I really like the area and location and I'm just curious if it would be allowed. I'd love a pool, Lani, and outdoor kitchen area. Have a great day, afternoon and evening.

Yes, you can definitely do all of those things... IF the lot you choose will hold it. WIth a one story plan the footprint is bigger so on some lots a pool can be challenging. But MOST lots will hold a pool no matter the floor plan
