If you're using cob cannons, Gigas are the hardest, but zombonis are the worst in strategies without cobs.
@@ultimatescotty7058 in a cobless setup, I think Jacks is the worst zombie. Because there's no a specific strategy that fully counters Jacks. There's always a chance that they will blow up your front base. 1 explosion can blow up to 2 of your plants.

That's pretty clever, I never thought of just delaying one of them to get time to harvest sun. I'm not sure how long you'd last against waves of gigantors though, eventually they destroy faster than you can build even with infinite sun.

im sorry what the hell is a giga gargantuar if you don't mind me asking out of pure terror
Instead of spamming Blover, you're supposed to turn 2 lily pads into Cattails. They have homing thorns that pop balloons while also doing as much damage as a default Repeater. Also, the columns closest to the zombies are supposed to be Spikerocks, to pop Zambonis, Catapult Zombies, and to weaken Ladder Zombies before they can get to your Tall-Nuts and climb over them.
I just get like 4 cattails then spam Melon Pults (last time I did survival endless was pre-Cob Cannon)
One column of Winter Melons is perfect.

@@bamhurger. Melon pult had the highest damage in the game, but keep in mind the fire rate. Gatling pea can match the melon pult and be better do to the pea going down the lane instead of arcing. Melon pult will deal aoe on hit and winter melon upgrade will aoe slow on hit whilst doing the melon pult damage.
@@bamhurger. imo torchwood just waste spot for you to plant new plants. 2 gatling peas with torchwood mean 4 winter melons for that spots.

If anyone is struggling with this strategy you could try using other strong plants like corn cannons or ice Melon-Pults, i chose peashooters because it was more fun using them

- Keeping last zombie alive
Both things I already did. I never thought of using potato mines at the beginning to save sun though. I always used to use pea shooters then dig them up ;~;

That walnut stalling is pretty cool. That could be used with normal walnuts too, getting a ton of cob cannons would be pretty easy.

A tip for you: place at least 1 or 2 cattails to pop balloon zombies and the gatling peas shred the weak zombies so that the cattails dont target them👌(p.s: put 2 umbrella leafs in the back for catapult zombies and bungees)hope it works!☺(i also subbed just coz)
Amazing strategy!! But still very vulnerable to giga gargantuars and zombonis.
Winter melons and melon pult strategy would be more powerful with cattails. You could also plant gloom shrooms in the front rows of the pool.

With this kind of line up the farthest flag you can only reached is actually 23 to 29 sometimes lower, just change the Gatling pea with cattail, but if you're actually aiming for much higher level, winter melon is one of the best offense and defense plant, and for Greater dmg and Aoe, cob cannon will do!

Stalling the final zombie to grind for sun is a neat trick, but I feel like the rest of this strat falls apart the second gargantuars start showin up

Is this enough for survival endless?
12 Twin sunflowers,6 Cob cannons 8 Gatling peas 4 torchwood,6 Gloom shrooms,and 8 Spikerock Every Space has Pumpkin and 4 Cattails
Well it depends on how far you want to go . At the start build up lots of twin sun flowers but after round 10 or so you should start digging them up to make room . For most of the rounds 20 plus you should only have 4 twin sunflowers max as you should have already done most of the main planting . In my opinion I wouldn't use 6 cob cannons , I'd use 8 . I also think that you shouldn't use Gatling peas at all , they just don't do enough damage so I'd leave peas altogether . 4 cattails is a waste of space as only 1 is really needed . If your good with aiming cob cannons then you don't need cattails . I'd also use winter melons . Hope this helps

Here’s a way to counter the gargantuars and zombonis:
• Put the tall nuts one tile back (you will need to get rid of some Gatling Peas)
• Add spikerocks where the tall nuts were before
• Just make sure to replace the spikerocks when they get destroyed and you will be immune to zombonis and gargantuars!
Zombonis yes... But Gargantuars? They can destroy spikerocks.

If you wanna use an effective strategy, dont use this. This strat isnt good at all in higher flags.
you are using the wrong word for this btw, this isn't a "glitch" it's technically an exploit, because the game is functioning normally, your just abusing the game mechanics
Thats not even what exploit means ( i might be wrong) and this is a glitch beacuse of the fact in survival endless it usually goes on to the next randomly generated part even with alive zombies on the field if you take too long

Mobile and DS verisons of the game won't move on until all zombies are killed.
The strategy would be dead to rights as soon as the big boys spawn but you could delay them on the 1st spot by putting the spike rocks, that should delay them enough that the peashooters and Torchwood will take care of them fast enough

2 cobs wouldnt be enough to hold off the hordes of threats.
Also, why put the 10 twin sunflowers when you have no place to put instants? Space could be used for more important things.
Probably will last 10-20 flags with this strategy

the threepeater strats probs will only get you to 12 flags or more. (threepeater, cattail and torchwood)
it would've been an even better strategy to put torchfire one block backwards, and put split pea in front of it, to counter and zombies the come out of the water, or digger zombies

No idea how far you made it, but probably not till 15. I made it to 19 and 21 in my two attempts, because nostalgia brought me back. Cannons are 100% the best. (no glitch btw)
I have another idea though. Use 1row winter melon 3fume shrooms or whatever they're called and magnets and use the pool for 4 cannons and the rest for winter shroom storage. Will be effective until a garg appears every 6secs or so idk.

This was like the first strategy I started with and it failed horribly. I suggest you use winter melons instead.
Gatling Pea + Torchwood: 160 damage each attack
Winter melon: 80 damage + 50% slow

I find it funny that after all this planting the digger zombie appeard there, because he was like the only possible weakness for this lawn at the time
I've done this and it's pretty effective, got me until flag 30 where I ran out of suns, I've thought about doing it every 25 flags or so to restock on suns,
Basically if you have 1k suns left, you wait for a flag with a miner zombie, make sure you have wall nuts/tall nuts, pumpkins and split pea on the wave you're doing this,
Stall a miner zombie at the back with tall-nuts/wallnuts if there are more than one miner zombie drop a split pea to kill the other zombies till there is only one left, now restock on suns
Just a tip: I think you can use Cattails to deal with Balloney bois. Just plant them on lily pads and boom, attacks any lane and pops balloons.

@@Michaelqwerp Easy,a cloume of winter melon and then a column of cob-cannon with tall-nuts with pumpkins at the front or you can use gloom-shroom instead so the firepower of the defense is more effective,then when facing Gargantuars or Zombonis,spikerock or too slow recharge then just spikeweed but spikerock is surely better,now just use your cob-cannon to kill zombies over and over until it spawns a gigantic hordes of Gargantuar that lasts for like,the whole flag,after that you're pretty much dead

I'd also take that freeze pee shooter and place it in between the sunflower and duo pea shooter to slow them down and do double DPS
