I actually did something like this in the DS Port, but I instead planted Tall-Nuts in front of the Marigolds and did this over and over there since I didn’t use offensive plants, again, just to get the Imitater.
The first I tried this I somehow got past waves with diggers, bungees, and gargantuars on waves 15 and below. I used umbrella leaf to counter bungees (not very effective because I lost a gloom shroom.) Diggers only came in lanes a marigold at the back and a barely had enough sun to get an insta-kill and with the power of replaced gloom shroom I defeated the gargantuars on wave 15.
actually u can buy a pass (with coins) that makes u can put for example: the wall-nut is damaged, u can just put another wall-nut on it to make the wall-nut 100% new (it also works on tall-nuts and on pumpkins)
If u dont hve last stand endless and want to do that strategy just go to adventure 2 day 1 and start puting marigolds in there and dont let the last zombie die cus the game will end, just put wall nuts or tall nuts to keep it still

Then place a tall nut and pumpkin in the zombie's path, place twin sunflowers in the last row, two gold magnets so that he collects coins from all over the lawn, and marigolds wherever you can. then set up the autoclicker to click on the double sunflowers or where they drop the sun, and place the last two autoclicker dots on the pumpkin seed and on the tile where the tall nut with pumpkin is. Then turn on the autoclicker and do whatever you want xd. In principle, a cheaper option, you can shoot video with it. It just requires an auto clicker which you can download from any APK site like apkpure. I recommend gs autoclicker. But you can try others too. So yes. You can also just choose a pumpkin imitator instead of a wall nut and place marigold instead of a wall nut, but then time your autoclicker so that it doesn't click too quickly. Play the mini game and beat it, but before collecting the ending reward (trophy or bag of coins) exit the minigame. PVZ then makes a save, that persists after relaunching the minigame and collecting the reward.
Something I just encountered while doing this: there is a very small chance that the jack-in-the-box zombie explodes before you can kill it. According to a different YT video, the JITB zombie has a 5% chance to detonate between 4.5-7.75 seconds and a 95% chance between 13.25-23 seconds. Although I’m pretty sure even if you get that 5%, it would have to be in one of the garlic lanes cause it still gets killed pretty quickly if it spawns in the spikeweed lanes. I’ve done this a decent amount of times but have only seen it happen once
There is a strategy to avoid the bungee zombies. On the eleventh level you can replace some sunflowers with umbrella leafs all over your garden and you will be able to get more levels

I have another strategy : Play slot machine mini game : I got 3 diamonds ( 2 from slot game and 1 for completing ) and complete the mini game every time and try to get lucky and you could get a lot of diamonds in less than an hour

Extra need for defense: Get the leafs that have bungees get uno reversed on three corners on defense, Like maybe 1 or 2 tiles infont of the melons and 1 or 2 tiles infront of those leaf plants for more effortless goldmining you might lose 4 marigolds but its worth it, Once gargantuans come up, Restart the process

There's actually a better way to do gold farm 1. Just beat the ANY survival that's not endless 2. Leave the last zombie alive in the last flag and stall it infinitely with tall nuts, wallnuts, and/or pumpkin 3. Cover the entire lawn except the row that has the last zombie stalled infinitely(You can use only 1 collumn to stall it so there's more marigolds but you have to react quicker to replace tall nuts, wallnuts, and/or pumpkin) Why is it faster and easier: -The game will never end until all zombies are dead -Marigold will always produce coins and there's nothing to be worry about -More spaces for marigold -It's basically the same as survival just leave the last zombie alive -Once you have the last zombie alive. All you have to do is replace the stalling plants and there's nothing stopping marigold from producing coins
It doesn't work because when you stall the last zombie, after sometime only the last two marigolds that were planted will produce coins... The rest of the marigolds will just sit there and do nothing

Great strategy man! I usually bring marigold on all levels for Adventure mode 2. By the way, since you play on mobile, do you know a way I can save PVZ progress? I play on IOS and every time I delete the app, I end up having to restart from scratch. Yet, my achievements are saved. Ngl that’s kind of a lot of grinding to grind for coins but for those who need a strategy to farm that’s less efficient but is completely free all you have to do is replay the zomboss battle and it will give you 3k coins on win and if you speedrun you can complete it in an average of 6-7 minutes which means you can get around 32k coins per hour with which u can grind for 3 hours play some adventure idk and then when u have enough buy last stand or if u don’t have any plants grind for like 4 hours instead of 3 still long but I guess it works
advice:use tallnuts to deal with the dolphin riders,just add 2 more lily pads and put tallnuts and attach the pumpkins and put some umbrella leaf in each lane not like the coloum or straight line. btw when i say "dolphin rider" my brain started thinking of hog riders from clash of clans lol
You can plant the Umbrella Leavé on row 2 and 5, column 2 and 5. Also replace the rightmost marigold in the leaf row with umbrella to protect the outer Gloom-Shroom from the Bungee Zombie and the Catapult Zombie. Use this new setup you can survive to 13 flags. Even though Umbrella Leaves cant defend all plants but it still can protect the important ones, and it will die before it can even steal a plant if it target is in the row with Winter-Melon. You don't need instakill with the Catapult Zombie.
When you dont have last stand gaame pack: Guess ill do it in last stand minigame then Also i found one reliaable way to farm the most coins in the normal last stand! Place 4 cattails and 2 gold magnets in the pool Spam marigold till you reach the 6th column Plant a column of tallnut at the 7th column U should have 500-600 sun left Reserve those sun for instas or replace tall nuts when needed You want to restart at wave 2-3 You should have approx gained 2k-5k coins each restart Hope this helped you grind coins if you dont haave the last stand game pack

In Survival endless the zombies are more overwhelming, so you need the space for defence instead of marigolds. If you want to get coins through endless survival you just have to keep playing as usual, you'll get so many coins just by killing zombies...

last night i thought of a similar idea, but i used starfruit instead of gloomshrooms, becaus ei dont have them yet, and i dont have cat tails yet either.....and i wasted too much con melons, but didnt place any in the pool. this strategy is far superior to mine. i think as soon as i get gloomshrooms i'll try this, and then get cattails

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but I did the exact same setup as you and it barely makes any money (maybe 1,000 gold after 3 flags) and it doesn’t let me change plants between flags so I can’t add the magnets in. Also after the 3rd flag the zombies broke through my defenses and ate their way through my money flowers.

@@snowshibe4149this is not the minigame, its the puzzle from the mobile version, since the minigame lasts 5 flags, while for this trick, you need to get to 10 flags (although it costs 100.000 coins, since it also comes with the night, pool, fog and roof last stand, not only the endless last stand

If U don't have lt pack use endless it's almost the same just use cob for bunge
if u are in pc:complete any minigame,then leave to menu and go to the minigame that u completed again and the bag/trophy will still be there and if u grab it and go to the minigame again it will still be there so if u grab it play the minigame again grab the bag/trophy and repeat that it will be inf money(its not a afk farm and u need to press continue when u enter the minigame after beating it,go to menu and enter again)
There's actually a better way to do gold farm
1. Just beat the ANY survival that's not endless
2. Leave the last zombie alive in the last flag and stall it infinitely with tall nuts, wallnuts, and/or pumpkin
3. Cover the entire lawn except the row that has the last zombie stalled infinitely(You can use only 1 collumn to stall it so there's more marigolds but you have to react quicker to replace tall nuts, wallnuts, and/or pumpkin)
Why is it faster and easier:
-The game will never end until all zombies are dead
-Marigold will always produce coins and there's nothing to be worry about
-More spaces for marigold
-It's basically the same as survival just leave the last zombie alive
-Once you have the last zombie alive. All you have to do is replace the stalling plants and there's nothing stopping marigold from producing coins
It doesn't work because when you stall the last zombie, after sometime only the last two marigolds that were planted will produce coins... The rest of the marigolds will just sit there and do nothing

I play on IOS and every time I delete the app, I end up having to restart from scratch. Yet, my achievements are saved. You probably won’t respond to this comment, but I hope somebody has an answer to this.
I don't know about IOS, cz I play on Android. I save my progress through google play games

Ngl that’s kind of a lot of grinding to grind for coins but for those who need a strategy to farm that’s less efficient but is completely free all you have to do is replay the zomboss battle and it will give you 3k coins on win and if you speedrun you can complete it in an average of 6-7 minutes which means you can get around 32k coins per hour with which u can grind for 3 hours play some adventure idk and then when u have enough buy last stand or if u don’t have any plants grind for like 4 hours instead of 3 still long but I guess it works
advice:use tallnuts to deal with the dolphin riders,just add 2 more lily pads and put tallnuts and attach the pumpkins
and put some umbrella leaf in each lane not like the coloum or straight line.
btw when i say "dolphin rider" my brain started thinking of hog riders from clash of clans lol
You can plant the Umbrella Leavé on row 2 and 5, column 2 and 5. Also replace the rightmost marigold in the leaf row with umbrella to protect the outer Gloom-Shroom from the Bungee Zombie and the Catapult Zombie. Use this new setup you can survive to 13 flags. Even though Umbrella Leaves cant defend all plants but it still can protect the important ones, and it will die before it can even steal a plant if it target is in the row with Winter-Melon. You don't need instakill with the Catapult Zombie.
When you dont have last stand gaame pack:
Guess ill do it in last stand minigame then
Also i found one reliaable way to farm the most coins in the normal last stand!
Place 4 cattails and 2 gold magnets in the pool
Spam marigold till you reach the 6th column
Plant a column of tallnut at the 7th column
U should have 500-600 sun left
Reserve those sun for instas or replace tall nuts when needed
You want to restart at wave 2-3
You should have approx gained 2k-5k coins each restart
Hope this helped you grind coins if you dont haave the last stand game pack
Also when i started off sith this stragedy i had 16k coins 20min later i have 30k coins so in approx 60-75min you will have 100k coins
Survival endless is just better for me especially if you could get to flag 100. You'll get a ton of coins and plants
What if you don’t have cold melon? Could you use snow pea?
Just use the regular melon 👍 it's cz you need splash damage for the huge waves

@@narutokid2324This setup will work only on Last stand endless 🌱 cz in survival endless the zombies are random. For example: you might get digger zombies, bungee zombies or even balloon zombies in the 2nd flag, so the strategy would also vary depending upon the zombies.. 🧟♀️

In Survival endless the zombies are more overwhelming, so you need the space for defence instead of marigolds. If you want to get coins through endless survival you just have to keep playing as usual, you'll get so many coins just by killing zombies...

OR end an easy round leaving one zombie alive and stuck with eating a wallnut, proceed to plant the marigolds but leave some sunflowers so that the wallnut can be replaced
last night i thought of a similar idea, but i used starfruit instead of gloomshrooms, becaus ei dont have them yet, and i dont have cat tails yet either.....and i wasted too much con melons, but didnt place any in the pool. this strategy is far superior to mine. i think as soon as i get gloomshrooms i'll try this, and then get cattails

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but I did the exact same setup as you and it barely makes any money (maybe 1,000 gold after 3 flags) and it doesn’t let me change plants between flags so I can’t add the magnets in. Also after the 3rd flag the zombies broke through my defenses and ate their way through my money flowers.

or just kill all and left 1 single zombie on the lawn, stall them with 2 tall-nut + pumkin, it took them forever to just eat 1 and just replace it every 5mins or sum

Im on streak 20 with gatling peas and fire somehow
Split pea is on front of torchwood to kill diggers
Got full umbrella leaf protection so 2nd lane and 3rd lane from top are weak from gargantuars
So when in need i use hammers for gargantuars dunno what's WR
And farm money on normal endless
