      Ludicrous for a $5k container and no more than $2k to transform...nice profit margin - for that reason I'm out!

    Few things to be aware of. The floor is treated with harsh chemical pesticides not ideal fumes to breathe in. The structure is very loud and every noise inside or outside is amplified. There eventually will be condensation which will then turn it into mold also not ideal to breathe in.

      You are 100% right about the mold. Do a stop frame at 6:26 and will be able to see growing fungus on the ceiling of the bathroom.

      In PVR, not anymore and be secure. Don't know if you can still a tiny room down around the malecon for cheap. Everyone has woken up to this beautiful place to be. The market just keeps going up.😥
