@@LeWi100 the longer you fly the more you'll learn to like the evario. it's pretty much an essential instrument because it actively tells you your rate of climb, while with a regular Vario you have to read it yourself. with the evario, centering the thermal and everything happens subconsciously & automatically, and you can also keep your eyes outside which is an immense advantage especially in big gaggles there's a reason they're popular after all

I personally also don't like flying with E-Vario sounds, but in competition it is really helpful i guess
