It´s an gorgeous island! Nice people and a beautiful sea!

With the color of the jet and water being so close its actually quite beautiful.
Yes only KLM can do that scene with their coral color jet.
So crazy now that ive actually went there. I dont think videos do justice to the distance from the plane to people lol

the camera... when you zoomed in, while the plane was still in the air, that clarity was just fantastic. probably the best St.Marten landing video ive seen yet. hats off. to you and your camera.

This video is legit. About 25 minutes from the cruise terminal. Just got back from a cruise that stopped in St. Marten, this is a must see.

All joking aside, it's a hell of a sight to behold but there is literially no room for error and planes aren't flawless so I'd been worried about what would happen if something did go wrong :(
Really no where else to build it on this island, have you ever been there? there is literally no flat local like this spot...

Know what's funny? I keep watching these St. Maarten landings and always wishing to go there. Last night I tell my dad about this place and he says "What do you mean? We've already been". lol the only reason I didn't know was because we didn't see any landings. Only takeoffs from small planes.
