20 years ago one of the few vhs tapes I could get my hands to watch and learn was the same coach I'm watching demo here. Incredible coaching. This stuff wasn't just tossed around on UA-cam, you had to show up at a seminar if you're lucky enough.
Contemporary students have no conception of how fortunate they are for the wealth of great stuff out there. I remember taping ANYTHING that EVER aired on TV to study. 1986 DIv I Nationals: Iowa Wrestler Marty Kistler's Single-Leg comes to mind.

Very good instructional DVD. Especially for big guys. Highly recommend.
