Oh Lawddd 😂🤣 I’m with baby sis I be feeling like that after braids too. 2:39 I use to be scared of shedding hair like that too and especially after braid outs.
I love when my hair is still oiled in braids. I have thick, straight, wavy hair but mostly straight 😩 I can’t use certain kinds of natural shampoos and strippers on my hair.
I can only use Gardiner & VO5. Everything else makes it dry and not clean.
8:46 I love blow drying and it’s so satisfying.
I wash my hair on Sundays when I do skincare, pedicure and cleaning ( after church ) then the next 2 weeks without protective style ( braids )
But winter time is different for us City folks 😂😂🤣💀 Love the video and I’m going to check out that line. Thank you Cyber kisses

Thanks for watching. I've been blow drying every wash day for the past year now with my daughter in this video. She's getting older now so, she asks to have it straight. Because she's been protective styling A LOT in the past year....I probably have been washing every 2 months or as needed. I homeschool so, the kids aren't really in the elements a lot. When her hair is in the braids it's very easy to remoisturize by spraying a little leave-in mixed with water on her roots and oiling her scalp. Her hair was STILL very moisturized after I took her crochet style out and wash day went very well so, I think I'm going to continue with this method. ❤ Thanks for commenting.

Does sewing the braids down makes it last longer?
Lovely result. I just bought the blow dryer from Amazon but i notice only the upper part of the brush has hot sir coming out of it. Ybe liwer part nothing. I was wondering if tbats how it supposed yo work or i should return it.
That sounds about right. My brush seems to only have air coming out of the top air holes too. I don't know why they made it like that.

The braids were in since late May.
Awwe...she has hair like my oldest daughter!! I'm so scared of blowdrying her hair...but it would make things soooo much easier. 🥴🥴 lol...how often do you clip her ends and in what state? (Blown out, flat ironed, natural)
The average trim time frame that was recommended by my stylist is 3-4 months. Everyone hair is different but that'll be a good start.
I've been trimming her hair (blow dried) every 3 months. I'm definitely NOT a professional but...it's been working for her. Thanks so much for watching and commenting.
Question: why didn’t you use apple cider vinegar as a clarifying rinse to get rid of the buildup on her scalp?
I’ve actually never tried that method and the detoxing shampoos seem to work fine. Maybe I’ll give it a go one day.

I use it and it does a wonderful job of removing buildup and softening while adding shine to my hair.
I was also reluctant about trying it but, I figured why not give it a go.

I really think the secret to hair growth is good care, Jamaican Black Castor Oil for thickness and very low manipulation. I protective style my kids hair a lot. No spritz, gels, anything that makes the hair stiff unless it’s a special occasion and they’ve never had a perm.

I didn't record washing her hair. I showed using the conditioner as a pre-poo, separating her hair for washing and then I came back to blow dry. Thanks for watching.
