The HOA for the property, location, safety, and amenities is actually VERY reasonable compared to other areas of the valley. It's $570 quarterly, which equates to $190 a month. If you watch some of my other videos like Verrado is $130 a month and Estrella Mountain Ranch is $115 (Not including Cantamia which is an extra $125+) HOAs are also not always a bad thing, from what I have seen as a professional, they help maintain safe neighborhoods, clean neighborhoods, offer security, landscaping, and by doing all of this, they maintain property values.
Vacation weather year round, not too far from the beaches, or the snow. Property Taxes are very low, and some people just really enjoy the desert lifestyle and landscape. 😁 It's also not everyone's cup of tea.... kind of like California 🤷♀️
Maybe if you are Lawrence of Arabia you would want to live in the Desert with Scrub views and the HOA now is not what it will be 1-3-5-8 years from now. Can buy a Home in Sicily, Italy for ONE EURO and renovate it for less than US$200k and have a beautiful Custom Home with stunning views in ITALY - not Death Valley Arizona with HOA up the wazoo
Honestly, you may have just sold me to move to Italy! 🤣 Again, Arizona is not everyones cup of tea, and that's okay. Awe you poor child, I’m so sorry you don’t see the beauty in the Arizona landscape… it’s okay, so many others do and would LOVE to call this land their home. There’s plenty of other states for you that you love way more I’m sure, and that’s okay! Thanks for commenting ❤️😁
Lost me at HOA

The YT algorithm apparently knows I want to move to Arizona. Lol.
🤣 Hahaha then it's a good thing you found this channel! Welcome, and thanks for watching!
I don’t know why anybody would like to live in the desert 🏜️

You poor child. You actually think that pile of rocks is beautiful. I have visited Arizona and why people live in that state is beyond me.
