Thank you for this video. I've been here for 8 years now, and we are sick of it. When we first moved here, it was quite nice. That smell was always here in the evenings. It was gross, but if you know it's coming, just sealing up the windows and doors is perfectly fine. There was far less out here than there is now. Mostly dirt plots, and most of my neighbors' houses weren't even built yet. The 347 was always a nightmare where traffic would bottleneck. My husband got into a terrible accident there where he nearly lost his life. It's dangerous, the side of the road was once covered in crosses to represent those who have lost their lives on the 347, and they have been removed. I will not forget how it used to be crosses spanning the 347, and how haunting that is -- worse that they have tried to erase it. They are building the city up and adding apartments galore, many low-income apartments. Since they have opened, there has been a rapid uptick in crime. I was stalked by creepy men twice, and once while I had my young daughter with me. Her school gets threats consistently, crimes happen at the bus stops, there are occasional reports of children being stalked or touched by creepy men. Her school is understaffed and stretched incredibly thin. They have recently installed heavy security measures, which is a good response... An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. But it is very telling about the bigger picture. They are building houses out here nonstop, they are jamming apartment complexes here, and opening more big brand stores and chain restaurants. Has anyone noticed the sad lack of 'Mom & Pop' small business stores? This town has no personality or culture. People hardly, if ever, wave back at you when you wave and say hello. People hardly look at you, they don't hold doors, and they find you strange if you're the polite one. I was born and raised in Phoenix and Glendale, but Maricopa is beginning to feel like a backwoods extension of that. Also, reporting agencies have decreased in Maricopa. There is a lot of unreported crime here, and misinformation spreading that it is one of the safest cities in AZ, which is a far cry from the truth. With real data, it ranks low. So we are ready to depart very soon.

About Fighter Jet, on Surprise & the Neighbor Peoria, It's not that bad at all, guys. 2-3 times a week. It's less than 1 min/time. But, The truth about crazy things in Surprise/Peoria, here is one of them, The drivers are driving obnoxiously and crazy fast. It's nearly everywhere, any street from Peoria to Surprise. For example, on my cross street, Happy Valley, three Big car accidents occurred within a week. Two of them happened in the same place, at the same corner. Almost the same times. Next week had one, Next two weeks had one in that particular area. If you're living in Surprise/Peoria city, please . . . please slow the PEEP down (Unless you have an emergency at that time. but be careful). I know, I know. You don't have to do exactly about Speed Limit 45/35 MPH. Just a bit over, then everybody, every car will feel safe. And looks good in many ways for the whole Surprise Area!!! With all the new houses and the streets are clean, new and beautiful. We will ADD MORE value for the city by just driving with "good behavior & well educated" though! and . . .& . . . and . . . being a role model for your kids too! It's not that hard at all, right! We just moved here to Surprise closer to Peoria. Yes we love the sound of FREEDOM flying over our house! If you don’t like that sound of the jets and you knew about them flying over, then you shouldn’t have moved here! As far as 55+, not all are like this. There are some that used to be that, like Coyote Lakes. They are no longer 55+. There a lot of Quiet neighborhoods which need more families with children to make it more lively! Entertainment- yeah we can see we need to travel some for that, but that okay we get to see new places. All I can say watch out for the birds that they call the snow birds they are slow or they cut you off on the roads. But then again we all live in a city’s suburbs and there are all kinds of ages that do this! Surprise does have this wonderful Coffee Shop called Spencers Place! ❤🎉 Other then that Surprise isn’t to bad.

Hi we’re wanting to visit Buckeye as an option to relocate there. Would there be plenty of jobs for a dentist assistant and a Hvac tech out there? We’re looking for a home with more land not in a city.

We left AZ July 2023 for Ohio. Its paradise here. No homeless people at parks, at gas stations, at every corner. My quality of life improved immediately thanks to just that. Traffic is a few hours a day, not ALL day. Our allergies disappeared. We used to cough up garbage every morning for over an hour in Phoenix. The trees and forest everywhere means actual SEASONS so my kids know what the Fall is now. Cost of living is 40% lower than AZ. People know eachother, grew up here, are polite and considerate. 100 times better than AZ. We thank God everyday that not every state has gone to crap like AZ did. And I lived in AZ from 1995-2023.

1st time I'm watching your content! I moved to AZ not too long ago from a different state! I'm in the Southern part of AZ! I agree with you on most of the points you made! I live in a really nice neighborhood, but like you mentioned, when the heat arrives, it feels like being in a perpetual state of agony because of possible heat stroke and other negative side effects! I went to go look at some properties in Flagstaff and Greer AZ where it's much cooler than where I'm from, especially Greer! But it's a very tall order for me to just up and leave! Hopefully things will work out, but I guess I'll see what happens! I'd appreciate any suggestions or tips you may have for me! Good luck with your channel! I look forward to more interesting content!
