      My sister is going through the same thing.. Her therapist suggested to consult a psychiatrist for medication and we were not sure about it but this helped. You helped. Thanks for sharing.

    The strongest people I have seen are those who can be open about their struggles and what makes them vulnerable. Then to take all of that build onwards from there is a tough ass journey! Have been there and know exactly what you are talking about! All the more important is the fact that you are addressing it, which will for sure inspire more who can't come to terms with it!!     this is so brave of you, speaking about everything you went through without breaking down. I'm a person who went through this and even now i'm not fully recovered. My parents were always there for me, especially my mom. She took me to the hospital everytime, she was right by my side. But it was just me fighting the battle with myself and helped me get out of that. Now that i'm feeling a lot better i can say i'm fine. But still i cried seeing your video, you explaining everything that you went through and i'm so happy that you're recovering.. Lots of love❤️

    I am an avid #MentalHealthAwareness advocate and spoken word performer, and I love this so much. I travel the country trying to bring that awareness on stages, in classrooms, hospitals, and on my UA-cam channel, so I get excited when I see other advocates. 💙

    Hi lovey ,What to say I have been going through anxiety and depression for a long tym. It's not easy. I truly understand what your going through. I broke down when I saw your vedio. Symptoms are exactly the same. My biggest support is my husband and my family 👪. Please do more vedios and stay strong 💪. Lots of love and prayers

    Even i love eating sweets when i feel low.
    Also having a pet helps soooo much.
    I was in a terrible situation and then my chikku who was a stray kitten came into my house n straight into my heart. He was soo sick from day 1 and getting him treated just deviated my thoughts..literally from death i brought my chikku back to life. Right now he is sleeping on my arm.. i owe him a lot.. then came into my life his 2 kids..
    But life situation has become worse..due to my mom's health issues.. but i believe Lord's helping hands are with us..

    Archana I can very well relate to you. I have been there many times. Have taken medicines. Now out of medicines. Feel very better and kind of getting back to my happy self. Thank you for sharing this. It is a relief to know we are not alone. It is a relief to know it is not our fault. Thank you and much love😘

    Every 1 normally posts whatever s desirable to others nd usual fancy stuff in social media...but I truly adore u to share ur tuff moments , it takes lots of guts....I think all celebrities , in the middle of their glamorous world shud post such sensible stuff happening behind their bars rather than showing off always....lots of love nd respect for u...🙏🙏

    I know you are doing lot of things to get better, feel better.
    I have seen lot of people benefitting from kriya yoga to overcome anxiety/depression
    Do give inner engineering program by Isha foundation a try or any other form of meditation you want to go for.

    Hey can anyone tell me.... What are the initial symptoms you feel when you started medication for depression... I started today and I feel so tired and vomiting temptation is at peak... Hope some one reply..... Plz.....😞😞

      That's common. You get nausea, headaches, fatigue etc

    Whatever you do plz don't carry on with the damn drugs ie Antidepressents and Pshychotic medicines.That will give only more and more problems.You may not have real depression.It may be Anxiety with Brain fog(i mean don't have real bad mood or sadness without specific reason).I also have had severe brain fog(i only had that as major problem.No sadness and no mood issues.some anxiety also there some times which I able to get rid easily when I understood the basic mistakes i am committing. Now also have that brain fog but very less.I am sure you can solve all these issues naturally.For that you have to find the correct path.That is not very easy though..
    For a start i can give one step only if you want.I have to put little effort for that.If you're not interested then why I should do that.Now it's up to you. Again, these medicines may give short term benefits but long term only trouble.

    I hope u've checked your thyroid hormone
    Even if thyroid profile is normal, just do usg thyroid gland.
    When you feel anxious, please have some sweets like paal peda, mysore pa.. etc
    Have some food that improves your liver health
    When your pituitary -thyroid -liver -ovarian axis is altered you may feel these symptoms
    Actually your symptoms are purely somatic, not at all psychological
    Please consult an authentic ayurvedic physician
    Hope that will help
