- Without Oven Chocolate German Cake Recipe
FOR BAKING OVEN: Bake at 180 c for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clear.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup butter, softened, unsalted or (1/2 cup oil)
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
For cocoa mixture:
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp coffee powder, instant
2 tbsp hot water

Hi Huma.Thank you for this recipe.Made this cake today along with my toddler helping me.it came out exactly the way shown in the video. I used oil instead of butter and added 3/4 cup sugar and baked at 180C for 30 minutes n whoa magic...super soft cake with the stripes...I love your cake recipes a lot..

Lovely recipe Huma. The butter gets like phata hua danedar or semi liquidy after a while of whisking it with sugar and when it is baked, the cake does not rise from the center. How to fix it?
