EFTELING | Discovering the MAGICAL Fairytale Forest | Day 2 Final Review Vlog

- The first stop on my tour around the Netherland is at Efteling. A magical Theme Park that many people rate as one of the best in the world. So join me as I experience everything that this amazing theme park has to offer on day 2 of my visit. On my second day at Efteling I'm lucky enough to have my very own tour guide, Bart.
Bart lives local to Efteling, is a season pass holder and starts our day by giving us a tour around some of the more quirky areas of the theme park, including my first ever visit to the Fairytale Forest.
If you would like to see how I traveled over to the Netherlands, where I stayed and how we commuted between Efteling, Toverland and Walibi Holland there is a travel video already on the channel in the dedicated playlist for this Efteling trip.
• UK to EFTELING, TOVERL...
The day 1 vlog is also in the same playlist. This vlog features my first reactions to all the rides and on ride POV's.

It was a pleasure to show you around Efteling! After the 2023-2024 retrack both sides on JEDD are much better. Still prefer the water side. And my favorite ride is still Fata Morgana, can't wait to see the other vlogs you made on this trip and on our UK trip!
The best tour guide! Thanks so much 😊
Going to a theme park is a day of rollercoasters... Going to Efteling is a day being away from reality.
@@ov3gan369 total escapism! I can’t wait to go back again. Thanks for watching ☺️
I don't know what Bart was teaching you, but powdered sugar on a cheese bacon pancake is great, as well as syrup! And a Kaassouffle with saté saus is barbaric. Great video though, glad you enjoyed Efteling.
@@Morvven I knew Bart was wrong 😂 thanks for watching 😊
droomvlucht supremecy!!!!!
Can’t believe the POV failed 😭
I would definitely say winter Efteling is good to consider if you want to return to the park. They really put a lot of extra effort into the theming (including an ice skating range) and some of the rides (like baron) are extra enjoyable when it's dark outside!
Hi, as it’s also one of the very few European parks open in January I’m really tempted to come back then. Do you know of the Christmas theming and ice skating etc is usually still there in January? Thank you for watching 😊
@@CoasterGiant1 This year it ended in early February due to an anniversary) but it usually ends sometime at the end of January!
@@meozones sounds like a good time to visit then, especially with the new ride opening later this year.
Fantastic video again
Hey, thank you! Enjoyed making it. 😊
My heart aches watching you go round this marvellous park, I wanna go baaaaaacccckkk!
Same!!!!! I think I’ll wait until all the current construction is finished though, have you seen Digital Dans video? Looks like a total building site around the entrance!
@@CoasterGiant1 Dan was there like a week before I was, I saw the building site in person 😂
Sugarsyrup on a bacon pancake is prime Dutch pancakes. It's kinda our salted (bacon) caramel (syrup).
Syrup with cheese a bit less so.
Bart was not happy with me, but to be fair the cheese was in the middle and not around the edges 😂 thanks for watching 😊
My favorite ride at the Efteling is Vogel Rok. It’s not hugely popular among most park goers but it has an absolute cult following within the Efteling fanbase and I’m definitely in that cult. (Objectively Vogel Rok really is no where near the best ride of the park)
That was down for maintenance when I was there, at least it’s a +1 when I go back 😂
@@CoasterGiant1 yeah I could tell from your shots on Pagode that it was, my most recent visit was shortly after you so I haven’t been on it for quite a while either, because it was still closed for me too
@@NathanHydra I’ve heard other people say good things about it. I’m spoiler free so don’t know what to expect inside
@@CoasterGiant1 then I shall not spoil anything :)
Omg I see myself in Joris en de draak
😂 which side do you prefer? Fire or water?
There is a way to keep the ticket for Baron! The staff can cut it on request like a classic train ticket. This is not widely known though…
Bart spoke to the ride op for us and they allowed us to keep it 🙌
bart was wrong about the savoury pancakes with stroop and sugar! cudo's for eating them how you'd like them. that's dutch freedom!
@@BrentMeirmans it was delicious! Cheers for watching 😊
Does Bart makes videos too? (He looks cute)
He doesn’t but he’ll be in more of my videos soon from the time he spent in the UK checking out our parks 😊
at 29:27 ...why is he pulling his middle finger???
I’m really not sure what was going on there 😂
Which month did you visit?
@@wardcollector2503 it was end of September, beginning of October time
i find it so sad that everybody forgets about the raveleijn show which is amazing. its next to dreamflight en villa volta
It’ll be on the list for next time I visit. Thanks for watching 😊
The current version of the show is a shadow of its former self, they took out the original music and storyline and now it’s just dull and pointless and the spectacle feels a bit empty. It’s also very likely get removed after this year and be replaced with a walkthrough
@@NathanHydra oh no, guess I may never get to see it now then 😔
If you enjoy Raveleijn, you'll love Puy du Fou in France. Raveleijn was actually developed together with folks from the France them park. It's like being in an insane, overdrive version of Raveleijn when you go there. Massive shows.
Loved one of the less favorite shows about the knights of the round table, where the whole table (with people) appears from water.
Or the medieval show with the castle turning.
@@irenevanherk2886o I know!! Both put du fou France and Spain are on my to do list. I really wanna go there sometime, I have seen those videos online and I love Raveleijn but compared to Puy du fou Raveleijn is a baby
